We stopped for one night. They had nice flowers around the office. The sites are very close together. Our first site did not have functioning power. They happily relocated us to a site that worked. In general it felt a little messy, with sketchy and rude long-term residents making noise early into the morning. I wouldn’t go back.

Many spots available. Put us between old rundown trailers. No internet, no discounts, no laundry. $38 for not much.

We were thankful for the one remaining site. The campground is reasonably quiet (aside from some noise from the highway.). It’s a great stopover while traveling campground. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. No campfires. 5th wheel.

No internet, no cable, no laundromat, no reason to come here unless there is nowhere else.

I spent one night camping in my 40 foot motorhome, and then stored the motorhome at a reasonable rate for 10 days flying out of Chicago midway airport. This worked very well. It cost me around $60 using Lyft to get a ride (almost an hour) to the airport. Uber was much higher. As other reviews point out ...It is right along the freeway and noisy. Despite the noise... I slept well.

Nice people and clean, attractive grounds. It’s right next to I80, so traffic noise level is high, but tolerable. We would stay here again.

Owner is really nice. Lots are clean and look to be well taken care of. Some noise from the freeway, but didnt bother me. Would come back.

Place is absolutely terrible hat you can't have a fire they come around and harass you all the time they'll try to find something that you're doing wrong . I tried to get the owner's information to contact the owner and they wouldn't give me the information which made even worse cuz he was trying to charge us for putting our daughter in a pump tent so she could sleep there and charges a whole extra night because of that I could go on and on about this place but the people that are running it are terrible

Agree with all other comments. Very noisy, next to Interstate 80. The price is very affordable $28.00 in 2016.

Nice place, doesn't take revelations but there are tons of spots. We got here after dark, they had a board set up at the front to help us get set right in. The sites are not paved so a bit un-level but nothing crazy. Owner is nice enough. This would be 4 stars if they had a little better maintenance of sites, we had a wonky water facet that I could not get a seal on, and the sewage connections are above ground like 3 inches... I hate that. The highway is right there so there is noise but it isn't over barring. All in all good place would recommend for short overnight visits, I will stay again if I come up this way.
