This one is hard to rate. The people are really nice and the location is fantastic right next to a HUGE modern city park. It feels nicer and is kept better condition than the other RV places in the area which are mostly rougher places for weekend fishing/camping. The bathroom is an aluminum and cement work camp bathroom with one not so clean toilet and curtains instead of doors or the toilet and showers. I was fine with it and its nicer than the state parks but it doesnt match the rest of the quality of the park. The Lighting in the park is either too little or too much. I had to put drapes up to keep out the outdoor lighting at night in the short term area and there is no light at all for most of the long term area where the bathroom is. Its also strangely noisy at night..I'm not sure if there is a local factory or the collection of windmills that decorate the place but there is a noticeable mechanical noise that came at went in the evenings. ATT and Verizon were not the strongest but still usable. $50 a night is high when most in the are are charging $20-30 but this is a step up from many of the other parks in the area, even the ones with better reviews on Allstays.

Was our overnight stop on a long trip. Friendly hosts, level sites and really quiet. We did not use the facilities since we were just stopping in for the night. Great place for the price.

This campground definitely did not rate a four star. Bathrooms had only one sink working, no toilet paper, electricity nowhere where it was able to be used. Grounds were pretty.
