Great place! End of March, traveling through, needed a place for our Roadtrek. Super nice owners, clean facilities, pretty spot by the river. Would love to come again in the summer.

Nice park, but we were at the front. Traffic noise was VERY loud. The shower I picked (farthest one of three) was not working correctly. Control and shower head malfunction. Of course I was already in the shower…disappointed.

Nice little park. Was a bit worried how the power would be given it is an older park. No worries needed. Power was great. Owners very friendly. Enjoyed the area. Would definitely stay here again. Did not use facilities. We were in a 30ft motorhome

Very nice park full hook ups, a lot to do on site and ind area. If coming through town follow blue camping signs on route to bypass obstacle on overhead clearance. Would definitely stay here again-we only stayed 1 night to visit friends.

1600 miles in to a circle trip through the Midwest and this is the cleanest place to date. Friendly owners. Small convenience store. Right on the Hennepin Canal. Shaded sites. No concrete pads but sites are gravel and level. Like it so much going to hang out an extra day.

This is a nice campground and I recommend it if traveling in the area. Level gravel sites. Very clean grounds and decent WiFi. Owners went out of their way to be helpful. Nearby town is nice and has good restaurants. Very quite and I enjoyed the stay.

Stayed here for the second time in October 2019. There aren't many "mom and pop" reasonable campgrounds around these days. Geneseo campground is entirely owned by Bob and Sheila. They are the most endearing campground owners we have met to date. The park borders the great Hennepin canal which runs for miles. There is a firm gravel path along side that is ideal for biking, walking or running. Voltage, wifi, and water were fine. This campground may not have all the amenities like a $50/night, or more campgrounds, but the owners really make the difference. The town of Geneseo is also very quaint with all the needs you could want, especially the fantastic doughnut shop on State Street. Some of the finest yet that I've tasted. Only open from 5AM till noon. Highly recommend the whole package.

Nice campground, about 30 minutes to Quad Cities. The new owners (Sep. 2018) are great and making good improvements. Sites are decent size, nearly all pull-through FHU; campground is located right next to the Hennepin Canal, excellent for walking / biking / fishing / canoeing. Clean and spacious bathrooms / showers. Dog park 1 mile away. Quiet location. Be aware that GPS directions from south may take you under a 10’ bridge - pay attention to camping signs / truck route. Geneseo is a nice small town to explore also.
