New ownership since 2017. Pricey rates! Many major improvements including swimming pool, community center, fun activities for children and adults. Great place for kids to fish and catch frogs. In 2019 No tents allowed!

This resort has major issues. Starting with in-effective management. Most times the office is run by children as the manager has 5 and she is usually non-existent. Don't call as they NEVER return phone calls. The river floods often and the mosquito population is so bad you cannot even sit outside. Not to mention if you have an RV on the lower part of the campground it will be under water. They have now refused campers by tent, so don't let your kids come and set one up. There are no real amenities near by. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and everything else is over 6 miles away. For $3,500.00 per season, you have much better options elsewhere. The best part is drug dealers living there getting arrested and best, convicted child sex offenders living across the street. Great place for kids!

Great place. Clean and managed well under new owners (‘17). Lots of weekend activities. Good fishing pond and kayaking river. New pool is under construction (‘18). Wish the beach were kept up better, however–lots of goose poop all over the sand and around the kids play area, making them unusable for small children.

Decent campground, the lots are very close together but management tries to space everyone apart. Very good PA rate of 11.50/night (Sun/Mon) for 30 amp with water. They will charge $5 for a gate pass if you want to drive out of the campground during your stay.

safe place for the night if you are traveling, but awkwardly open... It's like a big gravel parking lot. No personality, seems like a local hangout.
