Great place for tent camping, haven芒鈧劉t RV芒鈧劉d there yet, see others doing so often. Is a dark sky site. Decent hiking, Apple river is just steps away. Pick up firewood on the way in at a house on the road(use to have a caretaker at the park that sold it, wasn芒鈧劉t there in fall of 2022). Galena is near, other small towns with stores nearby.
