Keeping my review anonymous as there were awful full timers here who cannot stand the visitors. One even pulled his gun out in front of us and began cleaning it just for show. The camp host sides with all the residents. Please consider yourself warned.

Not a resort by any means! 90% are permanent residents with trashy sites. Road noise was terrible and we had one of the furthest sites from the freeway. Tight space too. WiFi was slow. Will not return!!!

This is no resort. It is more like an inner-city trailer park. It looks to be a couple of nice spaces in the interior, but if you are traveling through they will assign you to one on the outer wall. We had very tight space backed up against the highway. No shade, There was a 5 foot strip of weeds between us and the wall that was full of trash, used toilet paper, and other garbage. Disgusting. They do have a pool and spa But they are inside and close at 8 PM.

We had probably the best site (103) had shade on both east and west sides. This is more of a mobile home full time residence with some pretty rough looking RV's. About 1/2 full timers and the other half nicer part time RVers. Slow internet. Next time I go to the Couer d Alene area, I'll chose another RV Resort.

We wish every rv park was as nice as this. this park has a heated pool and a hot tub. The clubhouse is 5 star hotel quality. Happily, we did not see one dog anywhere in the park! We were able to have a pizza delivered directly to our site. The cable here is outstanding. The cost is pricey though. We paid $47.95 for one night with 3 adults.

Staff was friendly. Wi-Fi was not good enough to use: we used our own. Laundry was decently clean with entry by code. Cable TV had over 70 stations. Lots of seasonal residents. We stayed in a travel trailer mid May.

Great pull thru sites. Good location. Great staff too.
