One of the worst RV Parks we’ve ever been to. No outdoor area. Probably 8 feet from the next rig. Very narrow. If there was a way to give it no stars I would It is very expensive also. ? No dog park!

Stayed at this CG for 5 nights July 2018. Small pull thru sites facing your neighbor with a shared picnic table and terrible water pressure. Only thing this park has going for it is very close proximity to Ketchum. Pricey for what you get.

This is the only place for RVs in winter in the Sun Valley area. Have stayed here twice in winter. In winter there are no toilets, showers, or sewer hookups. Only electric. There is hot and cold water available in the laundromat across the street.

Basic park that met our needs when staying in the Ketchum / Sun Valley area. It was quiet, and we were in a spot where the sites on either side were vacant. I can see where it could get really tight though. Owner / Manager was great and their WiFi ROCKED!

Only when necessary should one consider this park. Alternating sites are reversed so entry doirs almost touch the single picnic table the sites are apparently expected to share. Our site had direct view to a neighborhood of delapidated houses. The other side of the park that abutts the noisy highway may be nicer. No expense was incurred to add ascetic value. Luckily, a lot in area to do away from park.

Nothing to boast about...Just a place to stay. RV spots too close together, one shower and toilet for men's restroom.
