We were there for two months in the fall. Great location right on the lake and close to town. Grass at each cite, and they were spaced just fine. I recommend reserving a lakeside site. The people were nice. If we go back to Coeur d’Alene, we will definitely stay there again.

We did not use the facilities as we are self contained but I did use the laundry and it was quite nice. WiFi was okay for basic browsing when it worked, which was intermittent. Park is clean, nice little dog park and walking path. Easy to access and nice spacious sites, even for big Rigs. All that said, given the price, I didn’t love the park. No real charm, it felt like you were in a big parking lot and the street/highway noise is constant. I’m sure this is a nice pick in the summer when you want access to the water. And,you can’t beat the location as a base to explore Coeur D’Alene and the area.

By reading other reviews I was skeptical regarding how the customer service would be. No, the staff were not super friendly, but they were efficient and professional. The grounds were nice, the laundry facility was big, clean and in great working condition.

Expensive for what it offers. No other discount other than if you pay cash! Lady who answered the phone did not help either. Check in at 1 but need to arrive by 6pm! We will not return.

Park is very clean and well organized. At capacity for our 2 night stay but sufficient room between sites and full hookups everywhere. Very convenient to Cda and the beach is a nice spot to sit and watch the world go by. Plenty dog friendly and great nature trail, meditation garden, zen garden, and other nature features. Some highway noise near far end of park but all in all, a great park in an amazing location. Wi-Fi was a joke but cellular as adequate.

Expensive and lots of highway noise. Made reservations months ahead of time, our promised quite site at the back of the park was next to highway 95.I could literally see the whites of the loggers eyes in their trucks. We were going to spend a week but asked for and received a refund after 1 day. Did I mention they were expensive$$$$$ Found a nice park 10 miles up the road in Hayden for $20 less per day.

Very clean, nice beach area. Beaches are rocky, so if you are expecting sand beaches, that's not how it is in this part of the country. Friendly staff and very convenient to CDA.

It has it's pros and cons, but is overall just OK. From reading the reviews here, it appears they have had basically unusable WI-FI for at least two years and have not yet fixed the problem. Very convenient to CDA and all there is to do there. Yes, still lots of goose poop by the beach. Management was friendly and the sites were clean.

Located on the river. The "beach" swimming area is gravel. People allowing their dogs to run loose in the swim area. There was goose or dog poop all over the grass.
No pool or hot tub. Laundry was large, clean, and all the machines worked. No shade.
We were traveling with three other couples and were able to get 4 spaces together. If I return to CDA I would probably look for another RV resort.
