Very nice, located walking distance to charming Elkader. Sites paved, level & spacious. Laundry facilities nice & new, but a bit pricey. Bathrooms clean, entire park is very well maintained. The owner Doris is exceptionally gracious, helpful & knowledgeable of the area. Price is reasonable. Wifi is extra, ($5 per device for a week) but very slow & no cable available. Air Antennae pretty much useless as well. But that芒鈧劉s OK because we were there to explore this amazingly beautiful area of Iowa. Would come back definitely.
