We stayed here 5 nights on our way back from Florida! It was an awesome park! Facilities were well maintained and cleaned, showers were great! Grounds well groomed! Chickens walking around so cute! Goats! Love them. Would recommend this place for sure!

They refuse to honor Passport America for a two-week February Stay, even though the club website shows no such restrictions. How disappointing! Now we do not trust their integrity enough to pay 40/night for two weeks at a discount. By the time we get there, the price will probably go up again! UGH!

Great location and great price. Accommodated is last minute with a end spot for our 36 ft TT . Had live music and a food truck with awesome food. Cold beer. Cool play area with swings and a tire and rope swing. Tennis court and basketball court. Nice little pool. Bath houses were clean and large. Laundry facilities were pretty nice. Gravel roads but nice. Easy to get in and out. Lots of permanent folks but it was quiet after 10. We slept great and the staff are the best folks. Lots of kids and older folks, a good mix. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it. PS , some folks say the WiFi was good, we had bad luck but who knows.

I love this place. We travel I-95 every other month and will stop here as often as we can.

Nice little park. Looks like a lot of updates have been done. Interior roads and sites are gravel but well maintained. Sites are pretty level but a little on the small side. We have a 45’ motor home towing a car, maneuvering was a little tight but plenty doable. Great overnight, even an extra day wouldn’t be bad. Only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is the park seams to have a lot of permanent units starting to settle in and spread out. Most all parks have permanent units but when they start collecting items from one end of the site to the other, not to appealing.

Great little park and friendly staff. Close to a lot of good places to visit. We had a back in spot due to no pull thrus available but we were able to use our awnings and not feel like we were to tight - great laundry area - we would stay again

Friendly staff; accommodated is on New Year’s Eve last minute reservation. With GSC forty bucks a nt. They invited us to their NYE party at clubhouse with live music. Loved the huge campfire. Very clean bathrooms. Hot showers. Full hook ups but extremely small spaces (all pull thrus), a bit muddy and mostly full timers. Quiet night with a few firecrackers at midnight.

Clean level. Tight spaces but getting in and out with our big rig was comfortable. You can hear I95 but it’s not too loud. Water 60psi and 465ppm. I used a water softener. Nice staff. They have a nice Pickleball court but no one played. They were going to give lessons on Friday but it rained. Many neighbors seemed full time. Forgot to add that they have free high speed WiFi. Excellent

Nice little park, clean facilities. There were roaming campground chickens! We stayed 1 night in 32ft MH. The lady at the front desk (Judy, I think) was incredibly welcoming and let us check in early. The only reason I knocked stars down is because 1. Our site (K5) was extremely tight up against another RV. We had no room to out an awning out; our door opened up onto our neighbor’s hoses. 2. The WiFi was terrible, even at the little community room. But, we only stayed 1 night so these were fine. If we stayed longer, those things would have bothered us more I think. Other sites looked spacious and better laid out, although it looked like they were for longer-term stays.
