Office personnel friendly but when we arrived found overgrown grassy, unlevel sites (FH), electric pedestals banged up & mostly long term residents. We opted to go further down the road to another park. 鈽癸笍

Convenient location just off I75. Expect to hear truck traffic continuously. This is our second stay, first under new ownership. Called ahead, new owner was very friendly and accommodating as we were pulling in after office hours. No frills, gravel pads, easy in and out for rigs towing vehicles. Full hook ups.

We used to love staying here. However, since new management it has become a miserable place to stay. Last stay in July, they permanently closed the clubhouse. We caught the office manager in a bald-face lie. This time she tried to charge us money We didn't owe, and got rude and hateful when I refused to pay. I explained how our membership worked, and she got very snippy, telling me I was wrong. After I called member services, who explained to her she could not charge us, she got very nasty with him, too. He took her name and filed an expedited complaint about her. We will NOT be returning, and recommend no one else staying. There is a campground a few miles north in Ft. Valley called Ponderosa that is cheaper and has several amenities.

Found this through Passport America. It芒鈧劉s clean and well maintained park with plenty of sites. Sites are big and 30amp/water was $20. Would stay again if passing through.

Arrived at 830 PM and there were plenty of sites available. We stayed in full hook up 30 amp. $27 with good Sam. Nice park. Quiet. Didn芒鈧劉t hear highway noise. Didn芒鈧劉t use any facilities. Friendly helpful staff. About a mile off highway. Missed First turn twice- right next to small liquor store. Would stay again

Southern Trails RV Park is convenient - right off I75. The 50Amp sites are pretty noisy at night. The sites farther away from the highway are probably not as noisy - but they aren't 50Amp either. We did pay for a premium site that had CATV but only the 6 digital channels were watchable. There were probably 30 analog channels but the signal was low enough that we could not watch them. We did tell the on-duty manager who said the maintenance people would check it the next day. If they did, I wasn't aware of it but the CATV situation did not improve. It is a pretty RV Park. A number of Pecan trees shade many of the sites. There are some old rigs here that are apparently residents. The laundry is very clean and charges $1.50 for washer and another $1.50 for dryer. We did not use the bath houses or rest rooms but I would be surprised if they weren't as clean as the laundry was. Very nice. The Park is home to a lot of Mocking Birds and we also saw a Red Winged Blackbird. Squirrels, of course, liven up the place with their antics. The manager was very pleasant and helpful with information about the area. We would stay here again as RPI members, the rate is $12 / night for premium sites. However, if it weren't awfully hot, we would probably go to one of the 30Amp sites further away from the highway.
