Stayed for one night on our way back home. We called 10 minutes prior to arrival as recommended, somebody was waiting to show us our site. Very nice. Not far from I-95. On the negative side the campground is on a relatively busy route thus busy and a little noisy.

We芒鈧�鈩�ve stayed several times, it芒鈧�鈩�s our stopping point returning from FL. Super nice, friendly owners that keep a very nice, well groomed park. Lovely setting, very peaceful. It was Georgia芒鈧�鈩�s best kept secret but it has been 芒鈧�艙found out芒鈧�聺 so it was busier then we芒鈧�鈩�ve ever seen it.

We stayed one night in a 40芒鈧�鈩� 5芒鈧�鈩�er going South on I-95. A few sites have shade but all full hookup sites are nicely grassed. Picnic table. Nice lake view. A couple of seafood and fresh fish places in the town of Townsend. Great hosts. Something like $35/37 for the night after AAA discount.

Absolutely gorgeous! We passed by the other campground and happy we did because we have a lakefront site! Very nice people. Beautiful grounds. Grass sites.

Great campground right off 95. Our spot was right near the lake and had a beautiful view. Our puppy enjoyed the bark park and we enjoyed the swings right on the lake. True serenity here. We will be back.

This place is a hidden gem. The camping grounds were clean the bath houses were clean. The owners were very accommodating. Will make this a must stop when heading back to the Carolinas

I chose MCINTOSH LAKE CAMPGROUND because of the reviews I read here and it was near 95 for our ride back to PA. I can't say enough nice things to say about MCINTOSH! We were greeted by Trey on his golf cart who led us to our spot for the night overlooking the beautiful lake. We met his wife Leah when I went up to the office (house) to pay. I asked Leah if she knew of a close RV place where we could get our vent fixed in the morning. She asked Trey to come take a look and he rigged up some wood and gorilla tape to keep out the weather. We made it all the way home in the rain so our travel was not delayed. When asked how I could pay him he wouldn't take any money. I would love to get back here to stay more than one night because it was so nice and the owners are awesome!! Definitely stay here if you need a place off 95 in Georgia.

Un beau petit camping enchanteur sur le bord d芒鈧�鈩�un petit lac priv脙漏 avec tout les services, douches et toilettes super propres. 脙鈧� quelques kms de la 95 seulement. On a 脙漏t脙漏 tr脙篓s bien accueillis par un campeur b脙漏n脙漏vole qui nous a conduit 脙聽 notre site avec vue sur le lac. Il y a de jolies balan脙搂oires au bord de l芒鈧�鈩�eau d芒鈧�鈩�ou on peut admirer la nature.

English Auto Translation: A beautiful little campsite on the edge of a small private Lake with all the services, showers and toilets super clean. Just a few kms from the 95 only. We were very well received by a volunteer camper who led us to our site overlooking the Lake. There are pretty swings at the water's edge where you can admire nature.

Great little park. Very friendly folks. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice small quiet campground on lake. Level grass sites. Full 50 amp hook up and reasonably priced. Easy on/off I 95. Nice owner. Good seafood restaurants several miles from campground.
