Shady park with many trees will help keep your rig cool but makes using Starlink nearly impossible. The WiFi service is adequate. Friendly and professional staff at the office. Bathroom/shower combo was spacious but needed a tile mold check. Very good laundry room with very reasonable price but a few washing machines were out of service. I would stay again.

Filthy and very old equipment used to hook up water, electricity, and sewer… Even my outdoor bench was dilapidated that I didn’t want to use it. I paid for 2 nights but will leave after just one, it’s really that bad.

Arrived for our one week stay to find ownership changed and a new name-a franchise called Spacious Skies. We were in the buddy sight section . Older park with narrow roads, gated and secure.

Stopped for our 1 night resting spot on way back to FL home. Lots of nice shade & close to restaurants. We were NOT pulling a vehicle behind our 35’ Motorcoach. After checking in, I ask the super nice staff what was best way to get dinner. They gave me Uber Richard’s number of whom lives full time on property! What a treat!! He not only took us to nearby restaurants but also gave us a list of the best restaurants & his reviews on them. Turns out he gives private tours of city, too!! We plan to go back when we can stay longer & tour the area with our new friend Richard!!

We stayed overnight in our 40 foot class A with a toad. Sight were a little tight but pretty typical for a private these days. The river was pretty murky and would not visit for that reason. There was good shade from lots of trees. I couldn’t detect the WiFi, so didn’t try it. We visited Savannah while we were there. It was a 30 minute easy drive. Would stay overnight again.

We arrived, checked in, and were escorted back to our site. We had site G8 in the way back by the lake. Ours looked to be the largest in the park, kind of like an island. We had huge trees surrounding us that kept our bus well shaded. There was rain but no flood risk. The grounds are well maintained, trash is removed daily, and we saw no litter.

Stayed here for over a year while looking for and buying the perfect house. Owners and staff are super friendly. Bathhouses were always clean. Had a spot right in the water by the dock. Quiet area with plenty of shade. There are quite a few people who live there long term but mainly toward the back or the smaller lot next door. Overall I would recommend to anyone passing through or just looking for a place to live for a few weeks or months. Great campground.

If you just need a place to sleep, it works, but the sites are so close together you can’t really enjoy hanging out at camp. We couldn’t open our awning all the way as it hit a power pole right beside us. There was no breaker box, so I had to just shove the 30A plug in and hope for no arcing. Thankful I do have a surge suppressor that tells me it’s wired correctly. Rest rooms were not checked regularly.

Campground is pretty nice except for the setup of their sites. You are really close together and they have you face each other’s camper. After we set up the guy next door complained to office that he couldn’t open his awning-that’s how close you are. They made us move the trailer up further. And the guy never used the awning while we were there-just being a jerk. Pool was great and bathrooms looked very new-all tiled and clean. Never saw campground s t up like this that you face each other. So your picnic table s right next to theirs. I guess as long as you have a good neighbor it would be ok.
