This is a unique RV park south of Atlanta that seems more like 2 completely separate parks. IF you are a BIG RIG, make sure to ask for the NEW AREA!!! The area surrounding the park is all new construction, both residential as well as commercial, with brand new stores and restaurants. Everything you could possibly want is, literally, just a few minutes away. The original park is in need of repair and does have a number of full time residents. The interior roads are in poor condition and those sites are extremely tight. However, beyond the original park footprint is a new section that is fantastic. The roads in the new area are wide and paved and those sites are mainly pull through sites on concrete with large side yards. There are a few back in sites, but those sites are closer to I75 and will have traffic noise. There was another new area being worked on while we stayed a month May 2025 that should be open soon. The rest of the park is amazingly quiet given the proximity to the highway. Management is extremely helpful and welcoming. The Laundry room is completely functional but desperately needs to be updated as the machines are mostly ancient. Note that there are limited hours on laundry access which can be inconvenient. Cable provides a wide range of TV channels and all 2 major cell carriers (Verizon, ATT, TMobile) had full bars. I wouldn't say this is a vacation destination or a place for children (there is an old playground and there is a pool at the entrance that every single vehicle will pass coming and going), BUT it is convenient to Atlanta.

The pluses - water and electric worked, staff was very nice and made a great recommendation for dinner to weary travelers. Our site was long enough for 45芒鈧劉 fifth wheel and was gravel and flat. The park was in very poor shape. Not one road was in good shape or even fair shape. While we did have a nice pull through lot, the road we should have pulled out on was so narrow we didn芒鈧劉t chance it. I realize there芒鈧劉s kids in summer and that芒鈧劉s the reason behind the numerous speed bumps, but holy crap! Numerous, uneven and spaced weird- very rough on camper and contents. In addition the roads leading into the park were also under construction and were in poor condition. Certainly not this park芒鈧劉s problem, but not a great entry. There do seem to be several longer term residents with campers in very poor shape. We will likely not return. Hoping they芒鈧劉re able to make improvements, as it芒鈧劉s very convenient off 75 otherwise.

We stayed here for an overnight. Easy in, easy out. Staff were all very kind and friendly. Very clean shower house too. We will absolutely stay here again in the future when passing through.

Close to interstate but road under construction leading to site. Very tight sites with minimal turning area for larger RV芒鈧劉s. Sites are gravel with tight entrance coming in. Staff seemed like you were bothering them. Not friendly. Would not stay here again.

Site was okay, neighbors fine, but unable to log into WiFi with any device. Would rather have reliable Internet and pay for it than nothing for free. Park was clean, no other issues.

What a pretty, clean, well-kept campground! We didn芒鈧劉t think it was very hard to find, but did appreciate a call from the campground after I had made reservations to clarify directions. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and we will definitely stop here again!

Overall, we would not stay here again. RV life for us means friendly people, enjoyable campgrounds, and having a more relaxed lifestyle. The only reason we芒鈧劉d ever put up with a tight HOA that ruled with an iron fist, is if we were living in a huge house with a beautiful yard - NOT the smallest RV site we芒鈧劉ve ever stayed in essentially a gravel parking lot of a campground. Pros: -WiFi: They have fairly good WiFi with minimal issues through the week. -Cost: we stayed a week and paid $224 for a special week rate- this equaled out to about $32 a night for a full-hookup spot -Location: It芒鈧劉s about 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta- which worked for us as we visited the city a few times. -The ladies at the front office were very kind and nice Cons: (there are many) -There is literally no space. You are probably less than 3 or 4 feet from the other RVs next to you when slides are out. -There are signs everywhere telling you what NOT to do. Versus the positive of reminding you the good thing to do. It芒鈧劉s such a negative and strict atmosphere. -Negative atmosphere creates unhappy people. Not a single person said hi to us one time. No one was sitting outside enjoying the day or even doing a fire (there are pits but not enough space to sit around them). It was the quietest, most unfriendly place we芒鈧劉ve ever stayed. -While they allow dogs, they are not at all dog friendly. There are signs on literally every available small patch of grass on the campground that say no pets in this area. And they make you take your dogs to an incredibly small dog run to even walk on grass. The dog run is maybe 10ftx30ft- and they could have tripled it with all the available unused grass around it. It was ridiculous. My dogs were sadly cooped up all week- because there is not even a place to take them on a longer walk because of the location of the park. -CON that trumps them all- The manager of this place, VJ, does not know what customer service means. We have been full time RV living for 4 months and have never had an encounter with a campground manager in any negative way- and here we had 2 terrible interactions with him. One of which left me in tears. -We are good people who follow rules- I芒鈧劉m literally the person that reads the rules line by line because I芒鈧劉m type A like that. Well I was berated on 2 occasions about my dogs. First time, because I had them tied to a lead while I was sitting there working while watching them. I wanted to have some time for them to literally get sunshine and I cannot walk them to the dog run more than the 3x a day I was already doing. -He sped over in his golf cart and immediately started barking at me that I芒鈧劉m breaking the rules and within the first minute that we芒鈧劉re blacklisted from coming again. The rules specifically state 芒鈧揚ets must kept on 6ft. leash or tied at all times.芒鈧 I immediately said I would bring them in but the rules were confusing and tried saying they are tied and he kept yelling that it had to be a 6ft. Leash. I continually referenced the word OR- and he kept saying I was wrong. I knew it was going nowhere and left and took the dogs inside while he angrily radioed to the front office that I would be blacklisted. Later, when my fianc脙漏 called him about it- he must have realized he was wrong- and said that I broke another rule of leaving them unattended which is why he was upset. He referenced nothing about that to me. If he had- it would have been another story because I would have admitted that I was wrong as I had left them unattended to step inside to make lunch for 10 minutes (mind you my stuff was still on the outside picnic table where I had been working). Again- we are good people and good dog owners and pick up our dog poo immediately. We are extra anxious about it and have dog bags strapped to every leash, and have a scooper and bucket for when they芒鈧劉re close to the RV. We were away one day and got an angry voicemail telling us we need to clean up after our pets and the exact location of 2 dog poo piles we did not clean up on our site. ON TOP OF IT, when we got pack, I had to pick up a package and he had left an aggressive post it note on my package with an underlined 芒鈧揅lean up after your pet!芒鈧 When we returned to clean up the 2 piles, we could barely find them because they were covered under some taller grass and they had white mold on them and had hardened so much that I doubt they were even our dogs. We cleaned them up regardless and wouldn芒鈧劉t have even been mad had he asked us in a friendly manner... but the way he speaks to his guests is intolerable. We will never ever stay here again and suggest you skip the stress of this place. If you don芒鈧劉t have animals and you芒鈧劉re looking for a quick one night stop, then maybe. But honestly a rest stop would work just as well.

This place is not nice at all. When you check in there is a sign posted, 芒鈧搉o refunds for any reason芒鈧. Our pull through site was not at all level. Gravel and dirt. There are many long term residents here with the typical delabidated trailers. Oh, and don芒鈧劉t plan on using the pool. You will see it when you arrive, half full and looks like it hasn芒鈧劉t been used in years. Not a very attractive park. It says on their main building that the park has been 芒鈧揋ood Sam inspected芒鈧 in 2019. What did they expect and find satisfactory?

Nice park. Easy access from I 75. On the info it says 40 ft. max but we have a 43 ft. motor coach and had plenty of room. Lots of tall pines for shade and nice landscaping and a nice clean pool. Will stay here again.

Beautiful park! I read all the reviews and was unsure what we would find. This park is close enough to Atlanta, and near I75, but in a wooded setting. Close to shops, pharmacies, and dining . We stayed a week in October, and would stay again. Loved it!
