Done follow the GPS instructions. Stay on 75 and take the next exit (263 not 261). Agree it was very convenient but dark winding roads to get to. The guy we made the reservation with was very friendly and helpful so they get 3 stars. But the park itself….pot holes rule here. How are pad is level is a mystery because the ground is really uneven. Spaces are on top of each other and some of the perms crowd 2 cars into their spots making pull in a little difficult. We didn’t arrive till 8pm and we’re out at 6am so didn’t use anything except the space. Would stay again as a stopover.

Kind of a dump. But it works for overnight to spend time in the Atlanta metro area. Tight spaces everywhere but close to freeway and it can work for 2 nights. Hey, I’m in a metropolitan area so better not complain. Class A / towing so never ventured into anything on site except to check in.

Good for an overnight. Sites very tight. Close to highway but far enough away so it is very quiet.

We enjoyed our short stay here. Was looking for a place close to Six Flags for our adventure. The staff was nice. The office is closed due to Covid but it was easy to reach someone by phone & there was a guy (who I assume is on the staff) parked right in front of the office who was able to help us every time we came up to the office door. The laundry facility is great & includes a couple of shower rooms as well. Clean & well maintained. Our 1st impression wasn’t great because all the spaces are close & it looks a little old & run down. Should be called an RV Park not Resort... other than that it was just fine. Pool was closed due to Covid but looked like it had been down longer than that. Filled with leaves. I wonder what it looks like when it’s open.

Location is really convenient to Atlanta. The site we had was level and pretty easy to get in/out of, but not very conducive to any kind of camp set up. It was peaceful and quiet in the campground. Sites are tight together though and the monthly sites are better maintained than the daily/weekly sites. There are a lot of long-term RV’s and TT’s here, with all that entails. Facilities are well maintained. This was a stop over point on an extended trip,’I don’t know that we’d stay here again for anything longer than an enroute overnight.

We only use this site for dumping since it is 4 miles from our home. Have to say that the staff is uber friendly and accommodating. Dump site was level and clean. Had plenty of time to do what was needed without feeling rushed by waiting the rv’s behind us..there were none. Can’t address anything else about this facility but for us is Great!

Older park but seemed well maintained. VERY BUSY and packed. Checked in with reservations made a month in advance to hear manager telling 2 callers he was booked 2 months out. Plan ahead if staying here. Very convenient to Atlanta and closest to family in Marietta. Good electricity and adequate water pressure. Beautiful trees make the park semi unfriendly for sats...is that a complaint or not? We did not try the cable available. Pool was not open yet in early May but looked like they were getting it ready. I didn’t see a lot of kids there anyway . I thought it was a good value for location, good services, and level site 33. We would stay again and will. 40 ft class A with tow.

This RV Park is a 3.5 for me. Sites are rather large. Restrooms and showers are very clean. Staff is friendly.
The resort is a little dated, but not in a bad way. I only stayed one night, but would not have a problem staying here a week or more.

Really rundown and not as pictured.
I would not recommend to anyone.
Not a good value at all.
County parks in the area are much nicer.

This is an old RV Resort that was out in the country years ago but is now a wooded oasis smack dab in the middle of an urban setting. Delayed maintenance is evident. Its main attraction is its proximity to downtown Atlanta. It is 16 miles via I-75 to the city center including many attractions like the Georgia World Congress Center, the CNN building, Coca Cola headquarters, College Football Hall of Fame and other attractions. A big benefit for us is that it is about 2 miles from Life University in Marietta which our granddaughter is attending.
The daily/weekly sites are back-in and are larger and much more accessible than I was led to believe by other reviews I read. Full hookups, cable TV and wifi all help make it an OK place to stay. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. This is not a resort in the usual sense of the word but it does have an element of nostalgic charm and we enjoyed staying there for six nights while visiting our granddaughter and being tourists in downtown Atlanta. We plan to stay there again the next time we visit our granddaughter.
