Ants! One night stay and in the morning we spent much of it dealing with tiny ants on the inside and outside of RV. Glad we weren’t staying longer. $35 for full hookups. Good price for a great site. Pull thru site #45. Quiet, maybe 5 other campers on a Monday. Roads were mix of gravel and paved, and narrow but no problem for our 27’ trailer. Campground is a big hill, basically, that slopes down from the gatehouse to the lake. Our site was level, a concrete pad. Big slope down on the front of the site but plenty level where truck/trailer parked. Hookups worked fine. You’ll need a weight to keep your sewer elbow in. Decent AT&T service. Website to reserve was cumbersome. Gatehouse attendant was nice. Grass areas well maintained.

35 ft 5th wheel easy paved roads and concrete pads. No tree obstructions and Great Lake views. Just be careful when you book online. There is a space asking how many motorized VESSELS. It means boats. I read it as vehicles and was told when I arrived that I had been charged an additional $5 a day because I thought it meant our truck. I was in a hurry. However there was no offer of a refund even though the lady at check in told me it was a common error. Space 43 has a great view of the lake. I would definitely stay again. No problem leveling

Very nice park on a gentle hillside with great view of the lake. Asphalt roads, most sites paved, lots of grass and trees, each site has level mulched picnic area and fire pit. Overnight in 40’MH in site 25. Pull through, but trees at site exit were too close so had to back out to leave. Gentle slope made leveling a bit difficult but okay. This was a nice surprise find that we will use again.

Quiet with great view and good price. Only negative is the bathhouse, not a fan of showers without doors.

Absolutely beautiful park. Several notes. Guard shack has a low overhang and it looks like several people have hit it. Water pressure is high! Use a regulator. Sites 39 and down u will need leveling blocks. Site 43 is the best in the park w a Great Lake view. Very quiet. Easy off and on I75. FHU 25$ no discounts. Way under priced. Cement pads, asphalt roads.

It was very quiet. Like sleeping at home where we have no neighbors. $22 a night for a pull through, paved lot. Electric and water. However. Site was quite unleveled. Also, use EXTREME cation when pulling up to the gate house/check in. The curb is angled in to the building. The concrete roof is slightly overhanging the drive. We got the roof with our overhead on our C. That’s going to be very expensive to fix. It was our fault, driver should have been looking up as well. However, that alignment of the curb and the roof just doesn’t seem right. It’s obvious that we have not been the only ones to catch that roof.
Shower house was very clean.

Stayed 3/17/19 and 3/20/19. Pretty area is the best I can say. No info beyond a map is given at check in. All sites very unlevel except for site 40 and up. Laundry facility very old with rusty machines but the charge $2 wash and $2 dry. Many sites are configured so that they're difficult to get into. Some the picnic table is on the wrong side - sane side as the hookups.

4-27-18 through 4-29-18 Very nice campground. Had a full hookup, and next to the lake. Minimal leveling all for $25 per night. Staff very friendly. If towing or driving RV, Make sure to exit at Thomaston Road Hwy 74 not Zebulon Road. GPS will lead you to Zebulon Road which is pretty tough, and winding. LOved this place and can't wait to come back!!

Ok place, good bathrooms, nice lake, but VERY few places for a small tent. We had to setup our 3 person tent on the pavement behind the car. Ok for rvs but bring leveling gear.
