Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of Dames Ferry Campground. Road to: Easy, Drive through Macon just a little busy. Road inside: Paved and in good condition. Trees: All well trimmed. Check in: Small office at entrance. She was friendly. Parking: None, you stop at entrance. Seasonal campers: None. Signage: good Site 10: Gravel pad, but very unlevel. Had table and fire pit. View: Fantastic Site spacing: Very Good Bathhouse: Nice. Laundry room: Nice. Swimming pool: None, they have a lake. Club house: None. Fitness area: None. Grounds: Good. TV: Over air antenna was good. Wifi: None. So here is the bad: Our site was very unlevel, but the view was worth it. I would come back. Dream Big, Travel Far, Live Well...

Shade is at a premium. The shadiest sites are the least desirable. But all sites were well maintained and hosts were very friendly. Bathrooms were more clean than average. Laundry room available. No cable but several antenna TV channels available. ATT got 1-2 bars, no WiFi. No septic hookups. Aside from lack of shade the noise from road and train were a distraction at times, mostly for the sites in the section closest to the road. Nice lake with clean water and swimming available anywhere you wish to get in. No trails in the park

Nice spots on lake but road & train noise are an issue. Siie 18 has a strange setup with electric & water.

I believe the correct GPS should be 33.04088° N, 83.75862° W. Address is 9346 GA-87, Juliette, GA 31046 near Rt75. The GPS listed sent me near Monticello & I had to reroute. Nice quiet park!

Stayed 2 nights mid August 2021 in a 25' Class C. Most sites are lakeside with great views. Recently refurbished campground. Very well maintained.

Well maintained campsites and great camp hosts. Beautiful scenery! Full hookups and gravel campsites. Really enjoyed out visit and looking forward to coming back!

Awesome campground! Swim right from your campsite. Nice size campsites. We will be back.

Very nice place, friendly people. Close to nature. Try to get a spot away from the road and close to the lake. Would stay there again for sure. We camped with a 26 travel trailer.
