Beautiful campground with very spacious sites. Does not have sewer at Site but has dump stations. Grounds are kept up well and bathrooms are ok with have concrete showers. Views of lake are beautiful. We saw egrets, deer, hawks, and an owl. Fishing and boat ramps. Connects to Chattahoochee River and West Point Lake. We tubed and really enjoyed relaxing down the river. Close to Franklin, a small town, but has a Piggly Wiggly, a few restaurants and most necessities. If you want a beautiful and peaceful campground, you will love it.

The campground was awesome. Spacious sites and beautiful scenery. The park ranger is difficult to work with to arrange reservations. But well worth the effort and persistence. Boat ramp, fishing, bathhouse was clean.
