Pros- right off of 75. Friendly staff. Cons- One of the only KOA芒鈧劉s that doesn't offer a military discount, that we have encountered. You can tell the owners got a little grip on the ole wallet because there hasn芒鈧劉t been any love given to this place in a while. unleveled sites, our 37 Ft class A had it芒鈧劉s front wheels off the ground. Gravel(ish) spots. Very muddy. Very tight spots. A little hard on the eyes. For sure folks in this campground call this place 芒鈧揾ome芒鈧 permanently. The staff drive their KOA golf carts around the park like a bat out of he**. Watch your kids. Wouldn芒鈧劉t stay longer than a overnight. Good for a hook up and a dump if that芒鈧劉s worth 50 bucks to ya.

We stayed here in a 45 foot Class A. This is a nice campground and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The checkin process was very fast. The sites are not very level but our rig was able to find level without problem. Water pressure was good and power quality was good. They have WiFi but we didn芒鈧劉t connect to it. We were given warm cookies on checkin and we thought that was very nice. We would stay here again for a nights stay. There is a little tight maneuvering but they do escort you to your site so that is very helpful. The upper part of the campground is in the trees and the lower half is open. If you want satellite service choose the lower half.

New blacktop roads in the park. Delicious pizza. Complimentary large chocolate chip cookies. Staff is very helpful andd friendly. This is our second time here. A week apart.
Cons: no fire rings but we are just psss ing through. Several of the sites are very close together. Many trees so no satellite reception but has cable hookup.

Stopped here overnight heading to Florida in mid-January 2018. The checkin was efficient and friendly. The park was built on a side hill, so most of the lots are uneven to say the least. Also, the road within the camp are not in good shape at all and very narrow. For pushing $40 off-season, I guess expected better maintenance. On the positive side, there were good hookups, so staying for a night worked out for us. I couldn't see staying there much longer.

Good power, water pressure and sewer connections. Restrooms and laundry are OK. Smell of mold in the restrooms, but then it is the humid hot south. Staff is good. Campground is kept clean by the staff. Sites are tight, and may require a few extra blocks to level. Campground does have a lot of long term campers and gets very full on the summer weekend. Roads inside the campground are very bad, ruts, broken pavement, tree roots, tight turns (for a 40' with toad).

The park has lower part which is farther away from I75 and is quiet.

This KOA should be a cash cow, but they do need to plow a little back in to improve the pavement.

Yes the interior roads are suffering a bit, and some sites are unlevel but nothing to keep you away from here. Come in from Exit 186 or its difficult to turn in if you have a larger rig coming the other way. We panicked a little when pulled in because we have a 43' fifth wheel. But they led us to a pull thru site and we did just fine maneuvering around. Pizza delivery on site and free welcoming cookies were amazing! Would stay again for sure.

Been staying at this koa about every other year for a stop over to and from Florida since 2000. The road infrastructure has deteriorated over the years. Sites need leveling. But overall good value for what we need at 35/nite. Staff good, cookies nice touch. Love the smell of the pines. A bit problematic getting in and out.

First and last night here. Roads are in very poor condition, sites are dirt and broken pavement, 30 and 50 amp service only gives us 112 volts. We came here for the pull through sites but still had to unhitch because site is not level, and this is the second site we have tried. I don't see any that look like they are level, although previous reviews say they are - makes me wonder who wrote those reviews. This is the worst KOA we have ever been in.

We stayed one night in a 39' motorhome. Site was level, water and electricity no problem. Site was a bit small, and park was packed with snow birds returning north. Park looked a little run down for a KOA, but clean and staff were helpful

Nice sites. We had water/Electric/Cable. They forgot to turn the cable on, so after 30 minutes of trying to figure out what was wrong, I asked a guy in a golf cart. They apologized. No problem. Hot cookies delivered after set up. This is our second time and will not be our last. Shower house was clean and decent. 30 minutes of free internet for each device.
