This park is pristine . One of the nicest parks I’ve stayed at. Spacious gravel sites. Easy to navigate . Pull throughs. There is a large section of the park that is long term. I have rarely seen such a nice long term park. The bathrooms were very clean. We stayed for one night in the winter. I would definitely go back. It has changed names. It is no longer a KOA. Look for commerce park when you drive up. I called to make reservations . The staff is very friendly and thorough . The only caveat is that some of the spaces are on a slope. If that’s a concern just ask I’m sure they will do their best to put you in a more level spot.

Overnight stop. Paved roads, gravel sites, new sod, looks like it’s much improved, very clean laundry room, did not use restrooms, super friendly check in staff, and improvements were being made while we were there. Close to stores, easy find off the interstate. Well done new KOA!

They have updated everything. What you read before today if it is not good ignore it. We camped in #3 a pull through gravel site now. Most likely will have concrete soon. Cable tv is here and working. All sights are being updated and we paid 58 with all taxes. I’m sure once it opens as KOA on December 1 2021 it will be 25% more 70 to 85 a night. There are a lot of long term workers here most with nice trailers but that will probably go down once new rates kick in. Only problem is no wifi at sights if you don’t pay. Maybe with extras Koa will charge you won’t have to pay. Bring a router maybe it will work.

Absolute dump, crowded muddy site huge ditch to navigate. Bathrooms very filthy. Mostly seasonals and yearly extremely run down nasty campers with lots of garbage piled up. Would never stay again even for free. I never put up bad reviews until now always try to find something good to say but this place was terrible. The one nice thing I can say is the reception person was super friendly and sweet.

Trashy beyond belief! Lots of permanent RVs. Roads washing away. Couldn’t and wouldn’t stay here for even night. Stay away.

Good stop for quick overnight on our route. Easy to find right off 85.
Stayed on site 50, quiet pull through
Pool was nice and refreshing.
Didn’t use facilities.
It’s a bit rough looking but serves it purpose.
Paid 35 w/ full hook ups.
Water was heavily chlorinated. Yuck

Poor restroom facilities. Relatively clean but no hooks to hang anything.
Cable did not work
Picnic bench broken with pieces dangling
Pop cans on ground by our site
Welcoming agent not so welcoming. A bit scattered.
Suggestion - camp closer to Athens before heading north.

We needed a quick place to stay overnight near Jefferson. This park was the closest. It's not very well-maintained, and the public restroom facilities were unusable. I wouldn't call it a total dump, but I wouldn't use it for anything aside from an overnight.
