Park is well Maintained and bathrooms and laundry are kept clean. All sites are on gravel and level, electrical connection is only 30amp. There are a lot of large trees, however about 12 sites dont benefit from this shade. Sites are spaced out ok but are arranged so your view is the neighbors RV. There is a road adjacent to campground that causes quite a bit of traffic noise. It would be nice to have an area where swimming was allowed. No AT&T phone service in campground but a short walk to the hatchery and you can get 2-3 bars. Unsecured WiFi is available but is not very dependable, no digital TV reception. There are 2 short and easy trails adjacent to campgrounds.

Trout farm closed for renovations, otherwise, little has changed. Still a nice respite in north GA.

Very well maintained and shady campground next to creek and lake. Several pull throughs available. 30 amp only. Level sites. State Park consists of the campground and trout farm. Quiet and relaxing in the North Georgia foothills.
