East Bank COE Campground, Lake Seminole, near Chattahoochee, Florida on the Georgia border just off I10: beautiful campground, our site B47, was a level pull through with electric and water. 2 bathhouses in the B loop. One had 4 individual shower rooms and separate toilet areas, the other had 1 shower in the restroom. I used the one with four shower rooms. The water was warm but not hot, hook for shower bag, working exhaust fan (I wish all COE showers had these) and a pull down handicap bench in room that I used. They needed a serious deep cleaning but were usable. Gate attendant was friendly and helpful. Gates lock at 10 but attendant said they would give you a gate code if you were going to be later. Great to see an option for late entry. Attendant gave us a paper when we checked in to let us know they have a problem with Argentine Ants at the campground. We did not have any issues though. Laundromat was not working when we were there but new washer and dryer on order they said. Stayed 2 nights in early March of 2023. Several restaurants within a couple miles. About an hour north from Gulf Coast.

One the cleanest COE campgrounds I’ve been too! Great job camp host. We were at site 46. Site was level. We had to problem with ants but we did take precautions. Would return again.

This is one of the best COE if not the best we have ever stayed at. Would highly recommend and the price was wonderful. Stayed in site c34 in a 38 ft fifth wheel. Sites are great distances apart and lake behind. Will come here again.

Great campground with three loops. Loop A has lakefront sites leveled and suited for larger RVs. Facilities are older but very clean. Great place close to I 10.

Great little campground right on the lake. Good fishing opportunities. Front gate people are rude and abrupt. The people who maintain the sites are friendly and very nice. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

This is not our first time at this park but it will be the last. While the campground is well kept they have an ant problem. Even as you enter the park there is a warning sign and even after using a full gallon of ant killer we are still fighting the ants. They have gotten into the motorhome so it is a constant battle we are losing.

Only stayed 1 night on our way to Florida. Very nice campground. Will be staying again the end of December.
Our site was 70 feet long and level. We stayed hooked up for our overnight stay.
Showers and bathrooms were clean. We didn’t use the laundry. Camp workers were very helpful.

Great ACOE campground. Still recovering from hurricane but enjoyable place. Our spot ,C31 , gave us a great view of the sunset over the lake. Reliable electrical hook up (15/30/50) and water. Strong PSI. The towns of
Chattahoochee and Snead have few places the eat out if interested. But we highly recommend Rutabaga Cafe for lunch/dinner. $$$. Great service and talking to chief about his meals make for a great ending to our last night at East Bank. Big thanks to camp hosts. Friendly and helpful info.

Another great ACE campground. We spent one night overlooking the lake and dam. Spectacular. Cell service was great on Verizon and TV stations from Dothan AL. Only issue is they have an ant issue and advised that we use comet around everything that touched the ground. Our site did not appear to be infested. Would go here again. If you fish and have a boat it looked like easy access to the water. Also the surrounding towns are poor and have little for groceries etc.
