Only stayed one night but would come back. Nice and clean

Oct 2023: Very clean and well maintained park with paved sites. Very clean bathrooms and laundry (several of each located around the park). As previously noted, the pool could use a good vacuuming - there was some kind of gunk on the bottom. Quite a few long term guests, with a couple of rows reserved for short stays. We stayed one night on the way through, and would like to return for a longer stay to explore the area. No campfires at the sites, which for us is a plus because no second hand campfire smoke (there is a fire pit at the central pavilion). Overall an excellent park for an overnight stay or as a base for exploring the area.

On our way to Savannah, we decided to stay at this campground since we couldn鈥檛 get into our Savannah location on Saturday after the 4th of July holiday.
The location is very convenient and just off I-95 near Brunswick, GA. The facility is very clean and we were given a pull through literally across from the pool. Since we were only staying the night, we didn鈥檛 do much exploring, but did decide to take a dip in the pool.
While it was refreshing, we noticed that the pool needed to be vacuumed as there was a lot of sand and debris on the bottom. The water wasn鈥檛 as clear as I would have hoped for, but I鈥檓 guessing that with a lot of guests during the week, they would have needed to add some acid (I鈥檓 a pool owner, so I have a good understanding of pool maintenance) given that a number of people and Sun tan lotion could have been the culprit.
We did take a walk around the park in the evening and it seemed nice and quiet. We did noticed that there seemed to be a number of long term guests, which was a first for us.
All in all, I鈥檇 say that it was a good overnight stay with full hook ups. If we鈥檙e traveling this way again and the situation presents itself, we would consider it as a good overnight location. I can鈥檛 really comment on whether it would be a good 3-5 night option, but for us, it serves the purpose.

Have tried for 2 days to inquire about staying here for next season. Repeated phone calls go to voice mail with no calls returned. Email inquiries also go unanswered. Hope all is okay, but this isn芒鈧劉t very comforting.

Just passing through and got lucky -very nice park, friendly staff and campers. Quiet and peaceful. Sites are close together but with great landscaping to create privacy. Will stay again for an extended visit.

Our group has camped at Coastal Ga since they opened receiving a rally rate and good accommodations. NO MORE! Management says our group is is too small . No longer welcome. Not enough of a profit margin for them. Reservation desk staff are abrupt, rude, discourteous and management is now greed focused turning away their long term customers. Very sad!

Much better than the average park, lives up to the name 芒鈧搑esort.芒鈧 Sites are paved concrete and wide with smooth grass and hedges between sites. Roads are paved asphalt. Some rows feature paired 芒鈧揵uddy芒鈧 sites with door sides facing each other across a paved courtyard. All sites have good condition picnic tables on paved surface. Nice pavilion center on a large lake with boardwalk. Traffic noise from I-95 is moderately loud, even though it is on the other side of the lake and screened by trees. We were here overnight in a 40芒鈧劉 MH with tow, plenty of space to get in and out, convenient to highway. (But use the 快三平台 map! We saw no signage. Turn in at the TA, take first right, then first left.). Others were here for seasonal or weekly rentals, enjoying themselves.

Great campground! We loved it and will definitely stay again. The night time check-in was so easy with great directions. The pull thru spots were awesome and worked well for our 40ft Class A. The sites were private with the shrubs in between the sites. Also impressed by the Buddy Sites for camping with friends.

Nice, level sites with hedges between most sites for a feeling of privacy. They were flexible with our booking when we had car trouble and didn芒鈧劉t think we would arrive as planned. (They offered to reschedule if we could do it that day. We appreciated that a lot.) it is a lovely campground close to Jekyll Island. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5芒鈧渢he water had a horrible sulfur smell even our filter couldn芒鈧劉t remove. We used bottled water to drink and for cooking,

It gets the 5-star rating because it delivered what it advertised. We do not usually stay in upscale RV Parks/RV Resorts because we do not use the amenities that are included in the price. We do not use the restrooms, showers, wifi, cable TV, etc., so we have no comment. For us no shade was a downer but they did not say we would have a shady site. They delivered what we paid for. It is close to I-95 and several truck stops so there is some highway noise if that bothers you.
