Yogi Bears Jellystone Park

This is not a RV park that is up to Jelly Stone standards. The Delux pull throughs are fairly level with a concrete pad. We did not have to unhook in 45 ft Motorhome and tow. They are not worth $90 a night for what you get. I would say about $50. Park appears to have a fair amount of full timers. It needs a major makeover.

I芒鈧劉ll try and keep it objective. We came in during a rain storm which we are used to. Had to wait in line at the security gate until someone finally answered the phone after multiple calls, our reservation had no gate code included. We were assigned a site on the back side of the property. Upon stopping we found a foot deep River running through the site and the breakers on the power pedestal had fallen back inside so it was both unusable and dangerous. We had to pull back up to the office through the flooded campground road. II asked for a level site up front since we were not unhooking and leaving early the next morning. They had the nerve to try and charge me a 15.00 premium for being on a premium site. Never mind the fact the water valve was underwater in the vault box. We were still without water! The next morning after I discussed the issues with a staff member there only response was 芒鈧揾ey we just took over what can you expect.芒鈧 Basically it cost me 85.00 for a night of restless sleep amd now water! Thanks but no thanks Yogi.

We had back in site #4 very difficult to get into as side of road had deep wash out & thought we芒鈧劉d end up with a flat tire. A little confusing on where to park for office but staff extremely friendly and helpful. Escorted to site. & they ensured everything to our satisfaction. Lots of kids on weekends but left Monday. Would stay again even though price is steep. Amenities well maintained and directions from website led us right to them.

Stayed two nights, hard to find, not a lot of signs, not a lot of info about checking in and where to go, site was not level, rough time in getting level. Once set up, not too bad , quiet. I would stay again, but not in this site #54, gonna be hard to get out with the permeant A class next to me.

Well, I guess we should start at the beginning. You can not enter the campground without calling the office due to the gate. I was kept on the phone while they checked to see if they had anything. The campground is 90% empty, and if we hadn芒鈧劉t wanted to stop and watch the election, we would have left. Upon entering, I was asked for every bit of Information except my social security number, having to repeat much of it due to the obscenely loud squawking of a large caged bird in the office. Being at closing time, which she made sure to let me know, they locked the doors and turned off the lights with 3 other customers at the counter. All the streets are one way, and in a dead, mostly empty park in November, they actually expect you to follow the loop twice to get to your site that is a stones throw from the office. So the 芒鈧搑anger芒鈧 that led me to the site told me to follow her golf cart, then got irate that I went down the wrong way for 20芒鈧劉 to do so. There are so many rules here, fines for this or expulsion for that. Never before have I stayed at one of these and never again will I ever. Great park if you have kids, but there are a lot of long term campers here for work too.

Nice and clean park. Very nice and helpful staff. Lots of stuff for young children to do. My only cons are that the spaces are tight. You feel like your on top of your neighbor and the prices are expensive compared to other places we芒鈧劉ve stayed that are just as nice.

The park is well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that it was over priced for this time of year. We are a family of two adults and two children. We paid $137 for two nights. The pool isn't even open due to the time of year. We probably wouldn't come back simply because of the price versus other campgrounds close by. This price would have been reasonable had it been Summer with access to the pool. We have beach sites booked for this Summer at a couple different campgrounds for almost the same price we paid here.

The MOST friendly and HELPFUL park we've ever stayed in!!! We've been across the U.S. from Washington State to Georgia. Never had the kind of help we received at this park. They truly care that you are happy. The sites are basically not level no matter where you are for larger rigs. They helped us level our MH. In fact, went above and beyond to assist us. Plenty of room between sites (pull through at least) and lots of room for tow. The street is paved and the sites are garvel/dirt. Some have trees. There is a normal amount of space between the sites. The cable is good and is DirecTV to include HBO. Didn't have much luck with the wifi. The site has good 30/50 amp with sewer and water. The bathrooms are clean the showers are good size. This is really a well planned family park with lots of things for children to do plus there are activities for them. We were there off season, but they showed us all the things they have. There is a small store to include ice, ice cream, RV supplies and much more. We had good AT&T LTE service. Don't hesitate to come here especially if you have children. The staff is extremely helpful!

Traveling through and stayed one night. Great CG, very friendly. Easy access on/off I20 and Walmart close, as well as a Loves gas station right off the interstate. Will definitely stay here again on our travels through the area!

Nice for a long term stay or over nite. Great if you have children. Gravel.sites, few level tho. Very clean bathrooms with code access 24.7
All roads are 1.way. Gate closed.from 9pm to 9am.... Must use to code to enter. Propane and firewood. Can rent Direct TV receiver daily. Wifi not good usually. Good 4G Verizon service on your own cell or MiFi.
Can hear trains nearby. EZ access to I.20. Walmart and grocery 10.minutes away.
We would return.
