Second visit to this park. Very professional staff. Sites are even. Maybe a little too close to one another but a great stop for the night!

We stopped for one night on way across country. Last minute reservation handled with professionalism. Very, very clean park. Easy to navigate. Quiet. Definitely would stop here again.

Very clean even the long term renters areas and trailers were well kept. The sites were moderate in size with Cement patios all 50amp with full hookups. The manager was extremely friendly and guided us to our site. The other guest were friendly as well. All the above earned it the fourth star. It is close to anything you may need down town. The WIFI however was weak and we were close to the middle of the park. Cable TV hookup was available but not working. The price was right at $35 a night 50amp full hookups. Nice stopover on the way.

We recent stayed here 4 nights over Thanksgiving holidays as we visited family in Augusta. When I booked I was told we got the last spot for the holiday and would be one of their 芒鈧搊verflow芒鈧 spots. I was ok with that and glad we got a reservation. When we arrived and checked in I found out we had been moved to a nice quiet site since they had a cancellation. Check in was friendly and we were guided to our site and had help guiding our 40芒鈧劉 RV into a back in site. The park was very convenient to our family, quiet during the night, safe, and clean. We芒鈧劉ll definitely stay here again when visiting Augusta family.

We stayed here for The Masters 2019. This place exceeded our expectations. We made our reservation about 10 months out, as we figured everything fills up and it does. Communication was excellent between the owner and us. He greeted us upon our arrival and took us to our spot. Helped me back in and made sure we were pleased. He had plenty of Masters knowledge for first timers like us. All good info. Hard gravel site and a concrete pad with a picnic table (clean I might add). Well lit and quiet every night. We would stay here again anytime of year if the opportunity presents itself.

Love this park. Super nice people that run it. Have stayed here 2 or 3 nights several times viand two months one time. Will definitely come back. The only reason I didn芒鈧劉t give it 5 stars is that I think it could have a bathroom facility and laundry room. We rarely use the bathrooms but after talking to longer term people they are concerned if they would have plumbing problems then they would have to go somewhere else just to use the restroom. Just a thought.

The staff were nice and welcoming. The park stays at 80-90% all year round. During the master golf tournament there won't be a spot. There is NOT a gate lock time like lakes or start parks have. So it's nice to be out late for dinner and a movie. There are 30 and 50 amp, water and waste hook ups and cable and wifi. Short drive to downtown once you are on I-20. Shorter drive to the mall. 4.5 out of 5 starts. The main dumpster for your trash and a bit of a walk if you are not by the front office area, all and all it's a good place to stay.

This wonderful pet friendly gem of a place sits approximently 1/2 mile off I 520 super friendly staff, cost $35 a night with full hookups and well worth it. We have a class a motor coach and there was plenty of room to unhook our toad car and back into the site. Came in for one night, ended up staying for two. Only draw back is they do not give a GoodSam discount.
