Horrible, dirty, RV concrete pads are cracked , broken big holes. Very very tight to get into & out of spot. Lots of obstacles to maneuver around cars, poles. Lots of people living there year round with lots of personal stuff in the small RV spots. Roads have lots of big holes in them. Very very tight we have a 41 ft 5th wheel.

If you are towing a rig 35’ and up...DO NOT STAY HERE! It is hard to get into a spot and even harder to get out. The place is littered with car/truck/golf cart/motorcycle ‘land mines’ that you will have to avoid. This place is full of permanent residents that have several vehicles for each spot. If you are smaller...then by all means stay here. The staff is very friendly. The place is quiet. And the price is very good.

Close to I-95 with easy access. Very tight for a 40 ft coach with tow. Spaces very tight with 3 to 4 feet between units with slides extended. Very little space for maneuvering. Concrete pads. Many of the spaces appear to be full timers. We did not utilize the laundry room or other facilities so I cannot comment. The front office however was cluttered and needed some basic housekeeping and maintenance. I would not stay here again unless there were no other options.

The worst internet I have ever hooked too.
Tight no room at all. feel like a sardine.
