Very nice clean site. Elec,water,sewer & wifi. Nice cafe on site,with heated pool, lots of planned activities. Was really nice taking a walk around and seeing all the decorations.

Great place to vacation/live. In the middle of nowhere, close to everything. They offer a bit of everything. They have rental cottages, RV sites and permanent homes for sale and rent. Try a run through and check them out. You will not be sorry.

Really nice campground the way campgrounds should be built and run. Huge sites easily accessible concrete slabs and patios beautifully landscaped nice staff very helpful very reasonable prices will come back

Staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming
Brand new RV section with Double wide RV cement pads. Very well kept park, clean and modern. They have really put a lot of work into this park absolutely amazing! Loved the area, Very peaceful. Monthly Activity schedule with bingo, cards and dinners. Pool is heated!! Only 3min drive to the Webster flea market and dollar store and local fresh meat market at the Sunoco gas bar.

We recently stayed at Sunshine Village Resort in Jan 2017. My wife and I got away from the cold weather in Texas for a month and enjoyed our stay. Lovely pool, clean property, beautiful oak trees.

More for home models than RVs but it's okay. Kind of feel like a outsider here if not living here already. Not real friendly.
