On first glance the park looks a bit rough but that is mainly because a lot of reconstruction is underway. We spent a fabulous week on this campground with heated swimming pool, two golf courses in walking distance and another four courses, shopping, Highlands Hammock State Park and Lake Jackson to bike to and around. Owners do a lot to make the stay as pleasant as possible with weekly bingo and karaoke nights. Certain to get my fifth star when the reconstruction work is completed!

Enjoyed my stay on this park residents were nice people so was manajment and owners nice heated swimming pool very clean park nice clubhouse lot to do good entertainment free food beverages supplied all the time owner gives a lot back to park close to shopping restraunts and lake Jackson would recomend

These other reviews are not corect beautiful park lot if large new patios 100 foot from lake Jackson . Owners are great nothing is ever a problem . Great entertainment free food and beverages most Saturday lots of activities I recommend to stay at this park

55 and older community is not for families. Camping sites are small and very close. Have to remove towed vehicle due to narrow sharp turn roads. Most sites have OLD permanent camp trailers or mobile homes. Public bath rooms are old dirty and small.

Basic restrooms but too busy since there is not enough of them. And that means they can't be kept super clean. Sites are rough with broken pads and lack of maintenance here.

This park was full of friendly people owners and management marvellous right in the centre of sebring next to A beautiful lake. There was lots to do on this park nice clubhouse beautiful swimming pool very close to shops very close to Hammock State Park the management couldn't do enough to help us would recommend anyone to stay here
