Beautiful state park. We will definitely be back. We stayed on site 162 in 34芒鈧劉 5th wheel with F-350 long bed tow vehicle (54芒鈧劉 combined length) and the campsite was plenty long to accommodate. Plenty of vegetation between sites except for those up near the front of the campground. We didn芒鈧劉t use the bath houses but did look in them and they seemed clean and well kept. There is a centrally located laundry that had 10 washers and dryers that cost $1.50. I saw a negative review regarding pets - we walked our dog all through the campground and on bike paths and hiking trails - this is all allowed per rules. What is not allowed is taking pets on beach or the beach access boardwalk. We did leave our pet in our camper as we have a pet monitor. Campers with pets shouldn芒鈧劉t worry.

Very well kept large campground. Some loops have more privacy than others. Trails are well marked and the beach is quiet. Bathrooms are clean for the amount of people they have to accommodate. Shopping is close by. We would come here again and look for a site in the 100 loop.

The beach and the beauty of the area make this campground. Very well kept sites and the majority of them are rather private. WiFi is only in one area, but worked very well and cable worked well also. Didn芒鈧劉t use the bathhouse to shower, but they appeared to be well kept and clean. We are planning to visit here again soon. I also recommend a restaurant right outside the campground called 芒鈧揟he Doughnut Hole芒鈧

Checking in ranger not very nice. Our site was private on one side. Not the side our picnic table and walk out door was on. If you have a dog I would stay somewhere else and will if I芒鈧劉m ever in the area again. Dogs 6芒鈧劉 leash or less, typical. Dogs are allowed on your site and a walking trail ONLY! And you can芒鈧劉t leave your dog in your RV for more than 30 minutes unattended. So, have fun at the beach! Oh, the B.A.R.K pamphlet they give you says to make sure to take a pic of you and your dog together of the fun your having. 冒鸥陇炉 if your a good human your dog can have a treat on your way out if you stop at the ranger station. Thanks, I have treats for my loved four legged family member.

Beautiful park. Nice paved road to the beach. Lots of trails. Our site was quite private and quiet. Full hookups plus cable, but no WiFi and no fires at sites. Cabins for rent looked nice.

Nicest state park. Former RV resort purchased by the state. Nice grounds, showers and a laundry room.

This may be the best RV state park I've been to in the Southeast. A tram will take you to the beach if you don't want to walk or bicycle the 3/4 mile paved road to the beach. White sugar sand dunes and emerald water awaits you. Three miles of unspoiled beach.
I rate Fort Wilderness at Disney World a five star campground, this is a close four star. The 100 loop is the better area.

Fantastic campground with large spaces and oodles of privacy. Lots to do within the park and close by. Long but nice stroll to the beach - or take the tram that runs every hour. We stayed in a pull thru (site 108) but all back-ins and pull-thrus looked ample and well-situated. Friendly campers all around. Not inexpensive but worth it to be near the aqua blue waters and soft sand beaches of the FL panhandle. Only negative is no dogs allowed on beaches but that's a county thing. Forget abou the WiFi. Totally unreliable. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.
