Good location, but small sites.

This is a wonderful park. Very clean, nice staff. We were in the older loop (site 15) which even though there were no sewer hook ups, was nicely shaded with the bath house and laundry down a short path behind us. This was a great benefit and they were very clean and neat and we used it most of the time. Showers were clean, private and had plenty of hot water.
The beach here is beautiful. It's a short bike ride or ride in the car. Nice bath house here for showering off and also had shaded picnic tables.
Even though we didn't use the lake, it was big and nice for water sports. Saw lots of people canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Short ride into Panama
City and the little town of Seaside was only a few miles down the road.
We loved this park and would stay again. Book 11 months out. We got lucky and got a cancellation. We were in a class A motorhome for one week.

Nice private sites near bayou. Unfortunately have to walk a looong way around bayou to ocean or drive.

Nice park. We prefer the older loop as it is more private with older trees. Clean bathrooms. Nice beach walk.
