We stayed for a week in January 2022. Well maintained older park. It has a combination of full time residents in trailers and campsites. A short bike ride from the beach and many other attractions including pizza, Dairy Queen, and a grocery store. Difficult park to get reservations but well worth the effort.

Spacious sites, but we didn't have a pull- through. The staff seems nice, but particular, which was fine. They don't want casual passers-through, so manage the gate area pretty tightly. Good shade, walkable to the beach (0.7 miles).

This campground is a most pleasant place to stay in a beautiful resort area! Sites vary quite a bit from very small to large pull-throughs. Generally, staff will assign spaces as appropriate for your rig where possible. It is a very popular spot so advance reservations are a must. Short bike ride or walk to Gulf sandy beach. Bike paths all over the island so a car is really not needed. Many restaurants within walking or bicycling distance. Staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance is excellent. Full hookups, clean facilities. No wifi but cell service is good. No dogs which, for me, is a real plus... no constant barking! Sanibel is a special place and this park makes it affordable for me to spend a couple of months here.

Not as clean and manicured as other places, nice staff, 30amp connection didn’t work at our site. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t explore. This park is primarily Mobile homes, nothing shabby. We felt safe.

Sewers on several sites backed up in heavy rain, that was the worst part, very disgusting. No WiFi. No cable. No credit cards. CASH only, good luck trying to get your money back if you want to leave. No dogs allowed. No pool. Some staff were nice, except for the crabby old staff. T-Mobile and Sprint cell service on the island is horrible, Verizon is descent. They’ve got the monopoly here, only RV camp on the island. Will find nicer place and just bike/Uber/drive car onto island next time. About a mile away from beach, everything on the island is close. Would not recommend due to sewer back up on several RV sites, lack of amenities. Place was empty in July (after the 4th).

An excellent place to stay on Sanibel Island, close to everything: many restaurants within walking distance, easy access to bike paths, golf courses, within walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach on the gulf. The laundry facilities were spotless, reasonably priced and always available. Bathrooms and showers were also clean with lots of water pressure and hot water. On site, there is a bird and animal sanctuary with numerous parrots, exotic ducks and even some squirrel monkeys and ring tailed lemurs. This park is well maintained and most friendly. No wifi. The staff namely Evelyn, Jody and Jennifer were most accommodating during our two month stay in our rv at this park which provides full service hookup for a reasonable price. It is without hesitation that we would recommend this park. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back.

Definitely 5 star! This place is great and the people are very nice. Make reservations early because things fill up fast. Combo of long term and short term tucked in together amidst windy, hard sand roads lined with so much flora. And the fauna! Two ponds with a swan and all kinds of ducks and a whole section of parrots.
There's showers, bathrooms and a fish cleaning station. Easy bike ride to the beach or almost anywhere. Note: no credit cards accepted

Great location. Very clean. Very well organized. Easy walk or bike to the beach. My only complaint is no Wi-Fi and in a region where my cell phone carrier, T-Mobile, has no coverage.

I found the reservation process to be a nightmare!! They don't have a waiting list. The way it works is, the first caller will get whatever time they have available. You can't ask for a specific time because it is always full, and they don't have a waiting list so you have to call every single day for months in order to get whatever they have. I tried it 3 years in a row and once nailed only 10 days. It was ridiculous. Surely there is a more efficient way. I'll never go back.
