The staff is very friendly and the place is quiet, but the sites are TIGHT. We needed a one night stay, and had limited options because most parks in the area are 55+. We would never stay here again - probably the worst site we’ve ever had to squeeze into and it was $90 a night. We were about 10 feet from our neighbors door and our slide was literally under their awning. It’s quite a stretch to call this place a resort.

Pretty quite area. Can't really hear traffic from the interstate. If you get one of the regular spots, be aware that they are not very wide. The site we were in had us facing the next spot so that our front doors were right across from each other. Literally 10 feet between our door and theirs. Wont stay again due to how small the spaces are.

Five night stay was convenient, right off I-75 exit 240. Stayed in July so it was warm and no trees to shade the coach. Friendly staff as well. Cable and wifi provided too. Great location to Tampa (45 minutes) or to Tropicana Field for a baseball game (40 minutes). Avoid rush hour, you will get stuck in traffic. Resort has laundry and a pool. Would stay again.

Cash only which always seems a bit shady. Good one night stop only.
