Rushing to find a place on a holiday w/e. Didn’t check the reviews! The web site is wonderful but classic false advertising. It’s a long way around 2 the end of the road. There are NO river sites! Long term single wides on the west side of the pond are well maintained BUT the RV side as short sites, VERY close together, uneven gravel parking area beside cracked concrete “patio “ area, some do have old wooden picnic tables. We were informed that not all the electric hook ups work. We need 50amps. They are old & ours was on the other side of the Rv from water & sewer, a first. Avoid unless you’re desperate or you have anything longer than 25’. Also check out the google review!

River Oaks RV Resort’s new slogan: River Oaks RV Resort, where you pay more money for less services! Good thing you don’t get charged for the “no-seeums! They are plentiful.

I was worried with the previous bad review, but this place was friendly, quiet, pretty and accomodating to online bookings. All good here!
