On the Little Manatee River, many seasonals and park models, but travelers are welcome and set between regulars. Friendly folks, staff, residents. Plenty of activities to join, such as weekly dulcimer jams. Bathhouse clean, laundry ample. We've been there twice. Will go again.

Older park on the river with access to Tampa Bay. Fishing pier, boat ramp for you to use or just watch others do the work. Clean with large sites good utility. Friendly people, guest & host. Things to do if want or sit back & relax.
