Nice place to stay for weekly visit - our only downside was we had to stay in overflow one night at full price even after calling ahead stating we were coming in late from an emergency - we weren’t allowed in our site - I didn’t dock the star bc they offered water and electricity in their over flow- we weren’t extremely late at night we were just after 4 and the website and when we called said they closed at 5(at that time last year when we stayed) - they closed early according to a note of seasonal change not mentioned on phone messages or email or website. Everything else about this place is wonderful for us. Our sure was a lot uneven but luckily we bring necessary things. The water view made up for it -

A pleasant campground, mostly permanent seasonal, with a very nice heated pool and hot tub. Facilities were clean and generally well maintained. My husband really enjoyed his time here as he loves to drive. Two downsides - DO NOT advertise wifi if you do not have it consistently. We had to go to the Ruskin Library (lovely people) to access wifi almost all the time. Also, it is at least 40 min. from the nearest beach. We were on the road for almost an hour to get to the ocean. The nearest grocery store is 5 miles away. So for relaxing, very nice. For activities out and about - very off the the path.

Pretty nice place with good pool. A good number of residents here.
