Whenever I'm in northern Florida, I go out of my way to camp here in my 19 ft E-150 van camper. My van is usually the smallest camper there, and there's good space between sites. The employees are great, they have hot food most of the time, decent coffee, good shower and toilet facility, reasonably priced gas and diesel. I paid $28 to have an actual site with electricity and water, but I could have had a no-connections tent site for $9. That's even less than the state parks. There's a nice pond with a fountain, which I found to be a nice touch. All sites are flat sand, many are shaded, the other campers were either friendly or not obtrusive. Overall, a really nice small campground.

I gave this little park 4 stars because it was a stress free stay with a nice grassy pull through. Wi-fi worked better than the phone service, which was pretty spotty. More like a grassy park that you can park in, than a campground. We were happy to stay two nights, just to rest and relax. Did not check out the laundry or bathrooms. Dumpster is behind the gas station where you check in. When we asked what time check out was, they said they don’t bother with check out times. That works for us because we generally ask for a late check out!

Very nice campground. Fuel and convenience store next to campground, but far enough away that it is not an issue. Big rig friendly for gas or diesel. Grass sights that are level and maintained. Check in at store was easy and quick. Did it while I got fuel.

Easy check in driving a 35’ motorhome pulling car. Level grass site. Would stay again very quiet.

I should give this place 2stars. The washroom is very clean, the sites are all grass The wifi has had a recent upgrade. All good. I called ahead to make a reserve for tent space. When I got there I was assigned a site that was not part of the regular campground. I was given the wrong pass code for the wifi and overcharged for the site. In the morning when the owner found out, he refunded my fee and bought me breakfast. Honest man correcting employee mistakes counts!

Great overnight stay! Called ahead as no online reservation system. Check in at store with friendly people. Store open until 10:00. Sites are grass yet soil is stable. I put jack pads down and had no problems. Looks to be mostly seasonal folk around outer loop. No noise from others on this Sunday night. Bath and showers clean, laundry too. Free WiFi though only medium strength. No activities nearby. Felt secure. Store is a truck stop too so gas and diesel sold.

Fine for a one night stop. It was mostly empty. The bathhouse was in excellent condition. The sites were okay. If crowded, it would be very tight. Odd, if you have a rig with a bathroom, you are forced to take a full hook up site. You can't do a water/electric to save a couple of dollars. We'll probably just go down the street to KOA next time. Nice for a night, but nothing to do.

Clean grassy sites amidst pines and moss draped oaks. Sites are in close proximity. Very nice with only 6 other RV's in the park, could feel quite crowded if full. Good bathhouse and laundry, good utilities and WiFi. No pool. Road noise from Hwy with a stream of log haulers from early am.

I need a place to put up my tent for one night on the way back to Tampa. The rates were great and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Most importantly the bath house looked brand new and was sparkling clean. You check in at the store / service station and it was very well kept and staffed by friendly people. They have the usual snacks and drinks as well as a good selection of fishing gear.
