Stayed here for a week. While it was a nice park and well maintained I felt it was pretty pricey. Yes it is Florida in the winter, so there’s that, but have stayed in much nicer parks for less money. Likely won’t come back to this place again

Decent park in a good area. Just a few minute drive to the main strip / beach. Can fit large rigs but streets are tight and some spots maybe be difficult to back into without a good guide. Sewer hook up is recessed into the ground, unable to connect the 90 degree fitting without a sewer hose seal (sewer donut).

Has gone downhill!! Big changes is staff, not for the better. Sewer problems creating horrific smells! Couldn't leave windows open it was so bad. Was here from 10/23/16 - 12/10/16 & the problem still unresolved! Cement pad repairs conducted with no regard for dust - clogged all our filters & vents & created breathing problems for me. No HD as advertised. Weekend breakfasts discontinued with the promise to start up again - didn't happen.
Will not go back which is a shame since we are returning campers from last year & made a lot of friends.

This is our first time camping in Panama City Beach and I am here for a month. This is the best place I have been at. The staff goes out of their way for your. The park and restrooms/showers are kept immaculate. I have already reserved my spot for next year and will be coming back here for many years.

This is a great place. All sites are paved as are the roads. Staff is open & friendly. We didn't use the showers or labs but all other facilities are very well kept. Common areas are all kept well groomed.
I'd give 'em a 5 but they want extra $ for cable & WiFi. What's with that? Is that stuff metered now? I don't care about WiFi and there are plenty of local stations so no biggie. Just saying' - for $60/nite & no cable?
