Stay away unless you like full timers & little kids. Lots of junk on sites & apparently different rules for full timers. After checking in & backing into site so much dog poop difficult for husband to get in basement for hookups. I called the office which was open & left a message but never heard back from them. Full timer next to me was staking out dog & never cleaned up.

Stayed here for 2 nights passing thru. The park is very tight with way too many vehicles. It seems that every lot has a truck, a second car and golf cart or motorcycle. Pads are broken concrete. Poorly maintained park. The east half of the park is all house trailers, the RV half appears to be long term working people and short term rentals. I’d say find another spot.

Was def not what we expected. So sketchy, in fact, that we forfeited $250 and went to another park. In need of some attention and some full-timers are pretty trashy. For the money, it did not meet expectations.

Disappointing to say the least. Park is in dire need of updating. Seasonals are somewhat dilapidated. Expensive for what you get. Not happy with "transient fee" of $25. Pool is clean and sites are clean. Staff is friendly. Would have liked refund. Stuck for a week. Just not our style at all.

Staff and other guests very friendly but camp is old and the roads are in need of repair. The few pull thru sites were riddled with tree roots breaking thru and some impossible to level. Pool wasn't open, bathhouse had just been cleaned. Across Hwy from beach, some back in sites along noisy road and there is a small very noisy amusement park next to camp. Had asked for 1 possibly 2 nights, gave cc# and found was charged for 2 nights! They DO NOT give refunds ( "no exceptions"). So we stayed 2 nights rather than forfeit $!

Friendly staff. Place is getting old. Roads are rough.
