I love taking my family to Salt Springs. The campground is clean and well maintained. Dog poop stations throughout. Beautiful springs. Close fishing spots. There’s a small taco joint across the street, make sure you swing by for lunch. You can drink the salsa. Highly recommend!!!

Great clean campground with full hookups and spacious sites. Pretty quiet even on a busy holiday weekend. Super helpful campground staff and easy access to activities.

Great park! Very clean and well taken care of. A little road noise but not bad. Make sure you check with the office if you’re bigger than 40’. A few sites looked big enough but they def wouldn’t let you park your toad on the grass if your rig uses the whole space. Def worth a visit.

Super friendly staff. Our GPS took us to the road past the campground. It was a narrow, sand road and there was no way to turn around after realizing it was not leading to the campground. We had to remove the car from the dolly, unhitch the dolly, leave it off to the side, and back out to the highway! We found the entrance and they were busy at check in. Kelly greeted us with a cheerful smile and we explained our situation. She offered to send the supervisor, Cliff, to retrieve the dolly. They said this happens often. That helped our embarrassment a bit. Check in was quick, friendly, and informative. We found our site, Cliff returned with our dolly and parked it in the overflow parking area directly in front of our RV. The next morning, we discovered a problem with the hitch. Once again, we explained the problem to Heather, Annie and Tammy in the office. Almost immediately Cliff and Tom showed up with the required tools to correct the problem. Saved again! These people are awesome, friendly, and they run a fantastic facility. Clean, level sites, and well care for facilities. We will stay again and again. Lesson learned about following the GPS and watching the road.

Well kept, clean, grassy, shaded, spacious sites, all full hookups, heavy metal picnic tables. Dishwashing area. Push button showers aren't so great. Bear swamp hiking trail and Springs are wonderful. Primitive tent area. Our second visit, we'll return again.

This campground and facility is a real gem. Spent a week here and will be back. It appears to be out in the middle of nowhere but restaurants and shopping are close by. Great place to go camping.

Excellent campgrounds, clean and well maintained. Easy access to the parks attractions. Making reservations is difficult, they do have several first come first serve.

One of the best RV camping parks in Florida! Nice deep paved sites with full hook-ups. Fire rings at each site and shade at most.

We didn't use the confusing website. (I think the w means 'walk-in' so we didn't reserve, we showed up).
We're tent campers and chose site 132 which gave us quiet and frequent visits by pileated woodpeckers.

The grounds and springs are beautifully kept. Barbeque sandwiches at nearby Cactus Jack's are great.

National forest campground. Kept very clean. Full hookups for Rv sites. Sites were spaced well apart. Gets very busy on weekends. Springs were very refreshing. Have their own boat ramp.

Only drawback is the Reservations system stinks. Have to pay additional fees to a private company to reserve a national park site, then you cannot change your site or reservation at the site without penalty. Not all sites are reservable or available to reserve.
