We have stayed here several times and like the campground. Adequate size sites, nice pool, beautiful pickleball court, activities. However, the traffic out front is bad, construction at the I-75 interchange is unending. Also, their septic system is very odorous in the NW corner of the campground. We hated to even walk past it.

Stayed a few nights in September, 2022. Very nice and friendly crew helped us with everything. We came back in January 2023 to stay for 3 months, our first "snowbird" trip in our "new"/used Class A Tiffin Open Road. Many long term rental folks doing the same thing. Some year round small houses/trailers. Leave your camper here and go home for your summer season, $75/month to store it on a site. Pay for electricity to run AC. Not many children, mostly older "bocce" crowd. Convenient to Rt. 75. Seems everyone has a dog, but still very quiet and clean! Dog park and dog shower. Cleanest "individual room" bathrooms/showers you will ever find. Three separate buildings with multiple showers/bath. Not far from each other, not sure what some folks are complaining about them being closed for cleaning. That should be a good sign!!! We will be back for sure!

We were visiting family in the area, and stopped in for just one night. From the welcome (or lack there of) when we parked, to the place we parked, we felt as unwelcome as possible. This place is full of full time modular homes (not RVs) and people who don't like outsiders in their neighborhood. We arrived after 3pm, and a long day of driving and wanted to head in for a hot shower (while our hot water heater caught up) and alas, they were cleaning the bathrooms. The next morning we went for showers, and guess what - bathrooms closed for cleaning at 8am. Overall just not a friendly place, and would NOT reccomend if you don't have at least 6months to get in with the cool crowd.

Just passing through and treated so! Seems nice enough but not geared to treated overnighters well! Just wanted to take a good shower when we arrived and immediately some came over and close the shower house to clean. Went over in the morning and darned if they didn’t closed again to clean! So when people are actually there, the showers were always closed! Hmm, shouldn’t they be closed from 11:00am to oh let’s say 3:00pm when folks are checked out and before they check in?! Nice dog park though! Very close spots my door right next to next door pull car!

We have stayed here during the fall and into the winter. Simply a fantastic place to stay!! Many great activities that are well organized and run. The facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. Very safe and inclusive community. The staff (especially Scott, Bob, Mike & Dale) are incredibly attentive and helpful, whether picking up garbage or filling propane tanks, or the many tasks of caring for residents that they take care of happily!). We will certainly return, and look forward to our time here!!

Easy access. Provided for late arrival and had staff or volunteer guide us to our site. Had we not had the escort, it would have been confusing . The lot we were assigned to was dirt with a paver patio. Site was so narrow wheels on One side had to be on the pavers. This was inconvenient as our leveling jacks need service and we were afraid to use them. Campground had a mix of full timers, mobile and modular homes as well as overnighters passing through like ourselves. Almost all units were Class A Motorhomes. No issues with the utilities. Did not bother with Cable or Internet connections . Would not return for anymore than an overnight stay. Had there been a camper on the utility side of our unit, we could have probably touched their unit. We were on lot 97. Escort had to stop and shovel up piles of dirt before we could pull through. Not the best impression for $41 per night WITH a Good Sam discount! But on the positive side, it was clean, quiet and close to I75.
