Staff very Rude

Internet=non-existent, Cable intermittent & kids run wild. Kids relentlessly teasing dogs, circle your trailer like sharks, hit your trailer w/balls, sticks ect. Tell mgmt about kids, internet & TV=EVICTION! We even had a 1/2 site size. They lock the bathrooms/showers and only allow certain tenants keys. To gain access, you must go to office between 7am and 9pm or do without. This is not a tent friendly camping place..actually if you're not into gossip or loud chaos, STAY AWAY! If loud music, unruly kids, loud motorcycles @ all hours, drug smells & mgmt who sits idle by then this is the place for u. I'd give it a negative 10-not for eviction-mgmt!

The internet is non-existent, the TV's cable has been completely out for OVER a week and Denis Ouellette, Park Manager, refuses to repair it! BTW, Arrowhead Campground & MHP NEVER SOLD PER MARION COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE - NO NEW DEED! They discriminate, drug issues & alcoholics run rapid. When you live in an RV, you have transient rights. Denis will say, "I'll evict you if you don't do as I say!" Live in fear if you live here! RUN WHILE YOU CAN - KING KONG DENIS RULES THE PLACE LIKE A TYRANT!

Not sure why it's getting bad reviews? The grounds are well maintained. Staff is very proactive to ensure I am comfortable. My power is stable and the rates are affordable. They are heavily investing in new equipment after purchasing the property in June of 2018.

Advertises Pass Port America but does NOT accept. Dumpy small spaces. My motor home came in contact with low wires. Do NOT stay here!!

Big sites. Clean and quiet.
No Wi-Fi, constant router problem. No luck after office hours.
