Stayed 10 days, right on waterfront. Fabulous resort. Heated pool, small private beach and dog beach, private pier, lovely showers, fire pit and beautiful landscaping. The handy dandy man Steve, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us and Jeannie in the office was as nice as can be. We also had an issue after we booked several months in advance when we tried to change our plans. But to be fair, we didn鈥檛 read the 鈥渇ine print鈥� on cancellation policy. Decided to go anyway and so GLAD we did. Site #24 was the BOMB!!

Hated this place. Don芒鈧�鈩�t stay here. They are not helpful and the owners should go into another line of work. They make camping a bad experience. I don芒鈧�鈩�t know what evil they have been exposed to but most certainly act like they were exposed to something very evil. Just not a good place

Make sure your plans are etched in stone before you prepay this park芒鈧�鈩�s very high prices to make a reservation. Once they get your cash it芒鈧�鈩�s as good as gone. In July 2021 I booked 3 weeks in December after warranty work is done on my RV. $2,200 had to be paid in full at booking which was unusual but the terms on their web site seemed reasonable. When I found out the work on the RV was going to take longer then expected I called to adjust my visit eliminating the first 2 weeks of my visit but staying the week of Christmas as their web site says no refunds for holidays. I called over 60 days before I was due to arrive but was told they don芒鈧�鈩�t give refunds for 芒鈧�艙early departures芒鈧�聺. I pointed out I won芒鈧�鈩�t arrive for over 60 days so this is not an 芒鈧�艙early departure芒鈧�聺. If anything it芒鈧�鈩�s a late arrival. She stuck to her guns, no refund. There is nothing about any of this on their web site. No full disclosure. My only recourse is to warn others. Looking at other reviews on this site and others it appears they don芒鈧�鈩�t give any refunds for any reason. Buyer beware.

One night stay. Had reserved a pull thru site as we are a large Motorhome with toad. Was disappointed to find out we were placed in a back in site. The neighbor had to move their vehicle to make the tight turn. Used our own facilities so don芒鈧�鈩�t know about theirs. Extremely loud road noise. Many long term people.

Loved this place. Even though we had a site against the main road. The park is so nice and shady. We will be back. I will definitely book earlier to get site in the middle.

This is a very nice park and would have rated it 5 stars except for the fact the owners only care about money. We stayed there 5 nights and decided to stay one more night, right after paying for it I got a phone call that my 86 year old mother who had a stroke 2 weeks earlier had fallen and broke 2 ribs. We had to leave for home immediately. Since i had just paid them $119.70 to stay another night, I thought they might have a little compassion BUT they stood firmly on their policy and wouldn芒鈧�鈩�t even meet me half way. We did like the park but it is overpriced and wish they would have relented since our reasons for leaving early were beyond our control. Will not stay here again.

Clean and great campground. Great location. We came here for a couple nights and it had what we needed

Second time back. Lovely resort. Very well maintained with friendly staff. Pool and common areas are lovely. The sowers are impeccably clean. Nothing beats staying on the bay. The middle of the loop and outside loop (Adjacent to road) could be noisy. We will be back.

Great place. One of if not the best place we have stayed. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Nice pool, laundry and clean showers. Concrete pads for parking and plenty of room. Beautiful on the waterfront.

Nice place, nice staff, but really too noisy. If you pay for a "Premier" expensive site, along the Sound, that may be acceptable, but forget to stay on other spaces in the middle of the RV park or even less along the Highway 98. Sirens, noisy trucks and cars day and night. Awful.
