Great for a quick overnight stop, a bit on the spendy side for what it is. Grass needs to be tended to big time. Pool looks nice! Quite a bit of highway noise.

All pull throughs, full hookups. Easy in, easy out. Park could use a little tlc for sure. Ok for a one night stay. Lots of full-timers here.

Stopped there while running from Hurricane Irma. Looked at web site and called ahead. When we got there we were told it was a 2 night minimum@$42/night. No where was this posted or mentioned during several phone contacts. We protested but was told " it is policy" Very dirty place with very tight quarters, no services except water, sewer and ify electric. Irma was forecast ti come right over Tallahassee so we decided to depart after 1 night. We again asked for a refund on the unused night but were told no - reason given - again "policy" The owner stated that if they gave us a refund they would have to refund everyone that was leaving!!
My newest " policy" is to avoid ALL Good Sam parks! If this place meet ANY minimum standards I would not want to be exposed to any other of the franchised parks.
I think this was an absolute case of price gouging in a time of peoples misery. If that is indeed your policy I suggest you reexamine it!

NO WIFI and very low water pressure. All the other reviews are correct. I thought it needed updating for 2016. It is desperately tired and is no longer a KOA. I am not knowing why anyone ever stays there. It was an overnight desperation stay for us. I shall do my best to avoid being so desperate the next time I'm in that area.

A campground not worthy of being affiliated with KOA. Sand everywhere. Campground adjoins a storage unit business. A playground that is very tired. Swimming pool not fit for use. Ill kept and very 'tired' campground. The only redeeming factor was a polite gentleman making the phone reservation and a delicious quiche for breakfast.

We checked the other reviews and decided to give this KOA a miss, and then a flat tire at sunset changed our plans. Have to concur on the 2 stars. Rough sand roads, rough sand pads, no WiFi at the sites. I-10 road noise! We did have a guide to the site at 1850 hrs (office closes at 1900 hrs). Appears that others choose this as a destination or long term stay. Can't imagine why.

agree with the other reviews. (42.00 price tag) good to pull in for night. Very friendly staff though. Not a $42 value.

This park is better than a parking lot and having to run generator but it's all sand lots, wifi only in the game room, the pool is horrible, no cable. The two Very pleasant people I interacted with were the best things about the park. This would seemingly be a great place to invest some venture capital as it has great bones but needs some TLC.

Stayed here for one night, the only thing going for the park is the shade trees. Other wise lots of sand, weeds growing all over the place. No help getting to your site, "Just follow the map". After looking at the pool we decided not to go in, just no that inviting! The park is very close to I10 so road noise can be loud at times. With a little work this would make a one night stay park, the way it is it's a no hight stay park.
