worst campground i have ever stayed at, made my reservation months in advance and told them i towed a trailer and was 70' long, no problem the sites were 75' long upon arriving they said i could not have my trailer in my spot (2023 enclosed car trailer) i asked to speak with manager and told him i had addressed this when i made my reservation, he said they do not allow car trailers and i would have to park it in their overflow lot at $12/day additional or leave!!!

Reviw#32- This campground is by far the worst value for your money. They have a premium section which I normally take. It wasn芒鈧劉t any different then the others. They ask at reservation of the year of your coach, but when you arrive you see there is not a single rig there that could possibly be 2012 or above. You will not find a Tiffin or above at this place. It is a run down resort with very little maintenance. The positives was that they have a nice walking path and the residents were nice.

I made reservations months ago. I have a blind mother who travels with us and I asked if we could be close to the bath house and have an ADA site is they have one. When we got here they quickly opened the door thrust our Info in my hand a a gentlemen guided us to our site. It had recently had a 100 year old tree that had been cut down to a stump and had many gnarled tree roots and was very unlevel. I asked if we could switch to a site nearby with a concrete pad. The man said no they would all be filled by the weekend and would not go and check. So we set up but I told my mother she would not be able to walk to the bathhouse or even come outside of the camper for fear of her falling. As it turn out the park was NOT completely full by the weekend and there was a site just across the street and closer to the bath house that stayed empty. I would have given this park a 1 star rating except that it is very pretty and the pool and hot tub were every nice. The lack of understanding or even checking to see if there was another site that would be better for my elderly mother is unacceptable.

We stayed there one night just after getting our rv in Miami
First experience in rv for us.
Our sport was nice, with grass.
Wc and showers were close and clean.
Camping with games for kids and a swimming pool.
It was a nice place for a night.
In 芒鈧揷ons芒鈧 : the wifi was only available at the office.

Not an excellent experience overall. We did not have a reservation, arrived around 10pm hoping for a site. We travelled this way across the country no issues, specially with parks with hundreds of sites, as advertised by this one. Security officer was nice but could not 芒鈧渁uthorize芒鈧劉 our stay even though they were many free sites across the park, and three sites were indicated at the registration office as available for use. He told us we need to register and book the site online to stay here, which was impossible considering it was late and same day registration was no longer possible. Tried calling all the numbers listed, no luck. Security guard kept disappearing and each time he said he will be back in 10 mins with some answers, yet each time he returned it was just to check if we managed to get the online booking done. We were tired and after an hour wanted to leave, but he then advised we can just pay for the site for the next day and he will give us a spot. We paid full price for a spot, and finally managed to park our rig after 90mins since arriving to the site. Paid full price but received a spot next to the dumpsters - in a park known for its beautiful setting, our view was at many large trash cans, it is hot so the smell was noticeable and from early morning hours, folks were dumping their trash smashing the top cover loud so we were up at 6am. Disappointing experience. Glad we had a site to stay at but overall, should have left and regret not going to a different park immediately when we realized this won芒鈧劉t be easy. Would never pay a full price for few hours of experience next to the trash cans.

Closely spaced grass sites. No patio for most, despite claims. Overpriced by any comparison. Staff refused our GSC discount, because we didn芒鈧劉t request when reserving site,

Nice level pull in spot. Grass site. Close quarters but manageable. Staff very friendly. Big pool, pickle ball, shuffle board, big playing field, club house. Lots of permanent sites very clean. Good cable but pay for wifi $14.50 for week four devices. Did not use bathrooms or showers. Your in a rural area but shopping within 4 miles. Traffic is horrible. Around highway 1. Stayed one week in 36ft. 5th wheel. Would stay again.

Low water pressure 40psi and quite hard at around 500ppm. Good sized lots and not too difficult to get into. Plenty of activities. Pickleball Volleyball with beach sand shuffle board decent pool and hot tub. Card playing etc in the club house. Places for kids to play. People seem nice. This is definitely one of the better RV parks on the east coast, if not the best. It芒鈧劉s the best we芒鈧劉ve been to on the East coast. Definitely get an air boat ride at Cooperstown.

This is one of our kids favorite places to camp! Huge field for them to play in and also a really big pool. We love the shade provide by the tree canopy over much of the grounds. So may fun things to do in the surrounding area.

They'd be getting a four except they lost our reservation (causing quite some consternation when we arrived after office was closed and had no place). They'd be getting a one except they fixed it happily and with apologies. Nice enough park--this is a "resort" park, and has a lot of seasonal, and thus a lot of amenities, none of which we used. I agree with Richard from CA, though, that prices are high, but that's the area (nearby county park wanted nearly $30/night for us to dry camp!). Even so, the price made this a four instead of a five for me. Host said, please PHONE her directly to reserve; as we learned, online reservation "not ready for prime-time". Staff we contacted were excellent.
