Would give them negative stars if I could, within 2 hours of checking in I was told I had to leave. The reason, I was having a campfire… at a campground. The guy that let me in saw no issue with me having a fire when i brought my own wood and asked for a fire ring, then some backup managers come out and tell me I have to put it out because it wasn’t off the ground even though the app I used to make the reservation (hipcamp) said that campfires were allowed and showed no restrictions. Ok no big deal right just put the fire out and go to bed, nope. The owner (Robin), who was out of town, called a worker to talk to me over the phone and told me I had to leave right then or he’d call the cops, will not be going back.

Super accommodating and kind owners. Was on the road for 3 days and didn’t want to stay at a Loves or rest stop again. They answered our call at 10pm and let us reserve a site. We arrived at 2am and was allowed to have a late check out. Would definitely come again for an easy pit stop on the road. They have a clean bath house and area is kept clean. We didn’t notice any noise disturbances.

The owner, Charlene, went WAY out of her way to make sure my son and I had a comfortable stay after 9 hours on the road. Beautiful place, helpful owners, and the perfect way-stop as we continue our journey. Thank you Charlene!

Okay, nothing special. Water/Electric was $23 cash only. Sewer was $3 more. No internet or cable. Water/Electric sites had no picnic tables (what?). One bathhouse on our side. Had one ladies room and one men's room. Each were toilet/shower combos. Good hot water. Could be a problem though if the campground was more full.
