FHU pull through on grass. Had to pull to a secondary site as we couldn鈥檛 fit on first site. Escorted by golf cart. Is along highway but the noise wasn鈥檛 bothersome at all. Is right along a river for a beautiful walk. Went just a half mile to dinner at the wharf for a casual seafood dinner. Very good. Walmart and Baskin Robbin鈥檚 about 4 miles from CG. We didn鈥檛 use any facilities. Met one work camper very sweet also from Indiana. Camp staff newer, very nice!

Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of the campground at Florida Caverns RV Resort. Getting to the campground was no problem. It is a short distance from I-10. The roads in the campground are paved and gravel, and are in good condition. The trees seem to all be trimmed. The campground office was open and everyone was friendly. We were escorted to our site. There is no camp store. Check in area is large in size. The road signage to our site was good. Sites have no fire pits but they sell firewood. Our site was 2, a pull thru site with a cement slab, and picnic table. The view from our site looked over the pond and cypress trees. The campground has mostly sunny sites. Our site was level. The site was wet on the backside due to all the rain. The site was cement. There are a few seasonal folks that are placed on the backside of the park. The bathhouse was ok. Laundry room was descent. There is a pool. The pool area is nice. There is a rec room with pool table. There is no workout fitness room. There is a restaurant on site, but it is not open on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. The grounds need some improvements. Many areas need gravel or some landscaping. Only the newest sites colored in purple on the map have good space between campsites. There is no cable tv. The Wifi was OK. Here is the bad. Road noise is terrible. Especially from sites 1-15. The waterway is full of weeds and algae. Sure the water is clear, but there is way to much algae floating and clogging up the waters. There are some good sites. I feel that 25, 24, 23, and 22 are the best. I would come back. Stayed here for 3 nights in February. We stayed in a waterfront site away from the road. We didn芒鈧劉t hear much road noise at all. This was more of a resting stop for us so we didn芒鈧劉t kayak or visit the caverns. There芒鈧劉s a Winn Dixie close by and some other shopping and decent food places.
The waterfront concrete spot was really long. We could have fit another rv behind us. It was nice to be able to just pull right in. The office staff is very nice. The hookups all seemed brand new.
Most of the rest of the park is grass sites. There芒鈧劉s a pool and clubhouse which we didn芒鈧劉t use.
I would stay again if I was passing through.

Agree with most of what Dan said below. They appear to be spending money to improve/expand the park. Road noise wasn芒鈧劉t bad until 6am when the muffler-less pickups on the highway started racing to work! Friendly staff, reasonable rates. Would stay again.

Note: this campground was hit hard by hurricane Michael in Oct 2018. New owners are working to rebuild it.
1. Staff is super friendly and helpful!
2. 9 sites near water have full hookups (minus cable). Fairly level, good sized concrete pads and picnic tables.
3. Approx 20 news sites are under construction芒鈧漵hould be similar to the other 9.
4. Many additional sites are on grass parking spots. Thesecsites will likely be improved at some time in the future.
5. We rented kayaks from the resort芒鈧漹ery good condition and had all required equipment/vests.
6. The spring fed 芒鈧損ond芒鈧 is beautiful, with crystal clear water. Due to summer weather, there is algea near the shore. The resort does have a nice dock system and a boat ramp.
7. Resort staff collect trash bags from campsites throughout the day.
8. Pool house/bathhouses are all very clean and in good condition. On site laundry facility and a fenced in dog park.
9.Only issue I found, the resort is right next to Hwy 90 so you do hear street traffic. Honestly, at night with a/c running, I really didn芒鈧劉t notice the road traffic.
Bottom line: a very nice campground. We will definitely stay here again.

Mom and Pop are gone and the kids are running the business. Too bad they are not more into keeping the place clean and updated. You will overpay and they will under-perform. Campsites are out of the 60s or 70's. Bathrooms are smelly and not well maintained. This is a place I will not visit again. If you are in Marianna Fl. In your RV and need a place for the night .Arrowhead Campground should be the last place you consider.

This place is a dump. More like a Drive In for RVs. Lots of permanents. Trash overflowing at Dumpsters. No cable. Keep on driving.

Nice older campground with pool and spacious sites. Cable TV works but Internet was pretty spotty. We camped in a 10ft teardrop. We would stay here again.

An older RV park grass lots. Swimming pool is well kept and has store W/grill that serves breakfast and lunch.WIFI is good as long as you are near the pavillion. if farther away you can sit in the covered pavillion or inside the air conditioned area where the WIFI has 4 bars. Ask which lots have cable as some lots don't have working cable.Rafting is situated across the street. Marianna offers a historic tour and Blue Spring park is very close where you can swim in the clear springs. The park also offers RV repair and an RV store. Stayed 30 days for $400.00 and will come back.
