Honestly, this tiny little park is more like a gravel & stone parking lot. The sites are extremely tight and the place feels overcrowded. We had a 芒鈧損remium芒鈧 site for $175.00! It had what you might call, 芒鈧揻iltered views芒鈧 of the water. (Huge RV芒鈧劉s block most of the view). The pool was tiny and crowded (we didn芒鈧劉t bother). The Wi-fi was weak and very disappointing for my son, because he had hoped to connect with his friend, who lives in NH and he couldn芒鈧劉t. We boondocked in a parking lot the following night, for free, and had better wi-fi! The 芒鈧揹og parks芒鈧 are tiny and not fenced. To actually walk your dog you will have to walk along the extremely busy road. The bathrooms were closed because of Covid, but this was the first and only park we芒鈧劉ve stayed in that closed their bathrooms due to Covid! I was disappointed that we paid so much for so little! The most expensive night we芒鈧劉ve paid for in 7 months of full-time RVing, and it was disappointing.

Nice, small park right on the water. Heated pool was great. They do charge if you bring a boat, even if you can fit it on your spot. Also bugs were really bad, would recommend having those screens biting gnats can芒鈧劉t get through.

Excellent place to stay! The park is immaculate, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rates are great! Small park right on the water, with an amazing view, and boat slips are available as well.

Best park on the keys, may not be the most spacious but more than ample for my 43ft Dp. Cheaper than most by far, staff was great and friendly.

Clean, people are friendly, but management can be deceitful. Put in a spot in the front (for a month) road noise, when the motor homes come in they sit with engine running while unhitching.

Put comments on trip advisor and they would not let us reserve next year. Vindictive to say the least. But that is what you can expect from people who lie and just care about the almighty dollar.

Supposed to be in another site, but they rented it for three months so they gave it too them. Probably a lie, but they would not know because that is what they do.

Knights Key up the road is closing this year, they say condo's are going in.

03/25/16 Management Response:
We are truly sorry for any misunderstanding of our policies that Mr. & Mrs. W (Tinman from NY) may have had. Our reservation procedure includes a clear statement that we are unable to guarantee a specific site #, but instead to confirm a type of site (Waterfront, Premium, Standard Plus, etc.). The only variation from this policy is for guests staying three months or longer in the resort. Please see our website for our full reservation policy. We pride ourselves on treating all guests fairly and with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Imagine our shock when Mrs. W called our office to rebook with us for 2017, before their departure in February. Unfortunately, due to the harsh nature of their review, we assumed that they would not be returning; their reservation slot had already been released to another guest anxious to return for a month in 2017. We have added the W's to our waiting list and are hoping to be able to accommodate them in the future.

Not bad, just not great. Small resort on bayside. Clean, nice people. Can hear the road all day and night if that bothers some people.

Nice and level. Not real spacious. Wish it were cheaper so may or may not be back.
