This is a terrific small basic campground. Very quiet and has a nice little hiking trail attached. The campground is close to Ichetucknee Springs state park which we enjoyed.
We were in a 40 ft motorhome towing. Our site was a very long pull through. Would stay again.

Ok for a short stay. Quiet. Nothing going on here. Laundry room kinda dirty . $2 for wash and dry. Could not get antenna TV, but the cable worked. Fair T Mobile service . Pool not heated and needed cleaned Showers / restrooms ok. In space 48. 45-48 (at least) have standing water when it rains . Lake City about 10 min away has everything you could need. Lots of stores and restaurants . Some spaces paved, some not. Fairly level. Long sites- we had 34Ft with Jeep - had lots of extra room pull through .Some sites have fire rings and picnic tables, some do not. 1mi north of I 10. Would stay here again if traveling through .

Needed an overnight spot to camp passing through the area. This campground filled the bill. We are in a 36 Ft motorhome towing a car. Stayed in site number 2 which was plenty long for us. Level, gravel, and grass site was shaded. Full hookups and reasonable price. The campground is about a mile off I-10. Don芒鈧劉t be confused by the 芒鈧揕ake City RV Resort芒鈧 sign and entrance right as you exit I -10, it芒鈧劉s a different campground.

Our friends were booked here and lost their Motorcoach in a horrendous fire on the way. This park refused to refund anything. I think this is Terrible, this family has lost enough. I will never come here.

We arrived during a rainy day to find only 2 sites available which could accommodate a 40芒鈧劉 with toad. Prior contact with office personnel lead us to believe no problems. Sites were flooding #44 & 45. We would have stepped out and set up in puddle so puddles of running water was over our shoes!! Other pull thrust had low hanging tree branches that would have interfered. We were advised to exercise extreme caution at catch/release pond due to four alligators still not caught yet and water moccasins!! That was it for us-they did void our transaction and we left to find other accommodations.

We stayed for one night. Our lot was perfectly level! We didn芒鈧劉t need to block anything. The lot was pull through and paved. The pool was not open as the website indicates. It was also quite dirty looking. My husband and son used the shower house and they said it was clean.
We would stay again if passing through again. It was peaceful and safe.

Clean park with large paved sites. There is a bit of road noise in the early morning. Stayed here for two nights and would come back.

Not bad for the price I guess. Terrible narrow sites. Somewhat challenging to fit slides near trees and your neighbors slides. Especially for larger class A's or big 5th wheels. Park was not full when we pulled in for the night but for some reason, they feel compelled to fill in all the spots next to one another rather than spread people out. I wasn't a fan of neighbors practically sitting under my slide out yapping on the phone. Good enough for one or two nights.

Weren't going to stay in a park tonight (see my review for Nova Family Campground in Port Orange FL), just stopped to see if they knew of a repair place. They were so helpful we decided to stay (after arranging to go to repair place first thing in the morning). Nice park with lots of amenities (which we didn't use) although in some sections the spaces are close together (but I've stayed in much closer quarters). As JC from TX noted, they warn you their water pressure is low; don't know if that's anything within their control. (Stayed 23 Feb 2017.)

Maybe good for lake city but not otherwise...Located 1 mile north of I10 on 441. Came here because review on this app and they have full hookup (sewer). I bet this campground was nice in the 80's. Place looks nice from road but dated and compact inside. The sites are the smallest Ive ever seen. Comparable to a parking lot. l had to work to position and even then I barely got my slides out without hitting a post on one side and my neighbors picnic table on the other side! All sites are the same size and lined up north to south. I could hit my neighbors rig with my owning!! Cable and wifi are very weak. Water pressure is horrible. So bad they instruct you to remove all screens, filters, and regulators from your rig or wont get any water at all!! The lady at the front office is the headstrong northerner you read about in the other reviews. Owners must be trying to squeeze every last dollar from this place by packing it full and tight but its sub par quality amenities. Much better off at state park w/o full hook up and some space to move around. $34 per night. Would stay again only if nothing else was available.
