Park now has over 1,000 sites. About 120-150 or so for 芒鈧�艙transient芒鈧�聺 RVs. Rest are park models or permanent 5th wheels etc. Spaces for transients are large. Some on concrete slabs, some grass. All FHU. Main area for travelers is well shaded. Lots of room. Pool nice. New area not as many trees. New area has great new pool which had not opened in Jan 2023 but expected to within a week or so. Very clean park. Free ice and drinking water from machine. No more cable TV but free loan of internet modem ($50 deposit). So wifi good. Lots of activities. Easy to access. Close to The Villages. Friendly people. Would go again.

I was going to make a reservation for three nights but their policy is reservations less than a week are considered payment in full and non refundable. Ummm, no thanks. I芒鈧�鈩�ve been here and it芒鈧�鈩�s just basically a grass parking lot. They must think they are a much nicer place than they actually are.

Avoid if at all possible! We are avid travelers and can honestly say worst stay ever!! Management and residences are not prepared for transients. Park office is closed on Saturday and Sunday and only open till 4 M-F. During their closed hours everything is up to the night manager who definitely should not be in that position. He lied to us, was never around and acted like he was high all the time. I have never stayed in a park where the people were out and out rude and we were in there way. Could not wait to leave the place.

We have stayed here in the past. They have very good amenities, but we were shocked at the cost. Granted, we ask for and got a lot and a half, but it was nothing but a grass site. We paid $95 a night to sit in a field with full hook ups. Not even a picnic table.Elsewhere this site would be $40-$50.

This is by far the best place I stayed at while in FL in 2017. The staff was very helpful and businesslike! The bathroom/showers close by were cleaned daily. There were a zillion activities to get involved in..if you want! The pool/hot tub were modern - clean and used extensively by many people. After a quick stay in the front of the park with the daily transient campers.. I was moved to my choice of 3 lots in the body of the park. Excellent neighbors and clean new neighborhood! I couldn't have asked to stay a better place! In my two weeks there.. I felt at home and felt part of their community. If you have an opportunity to visit Recreation Plantation do -by all means- plan a stay at this park. The owners were present and concerned for the quality of your stay with them! Stay here! You won't be sorry you gave this place a try! But save room for me... I will be returning again soon!

Sites can be hard to get into and out of for a 45 ft motorhome - especially if you are in the back. People were nice - we had just a dirt site and it was impossible to keep the dirt and leaves out. I will not be back.
