Prior reviews don芒鈧劉t do this place justice. It is quiet and pleasant. We stayed here three weeks in a 40芒鈧劉MH while looking for a house in The Villages, and it was a good base to do so. Staff were friendly and helpful, worked with us on our weekly renewals. Place is mostly winter quarters for snowbirds, mostly manufactured homes, all under mature oaks and pines with grass between al the sites More spacious than most mobile home parks. It also has several dozen RV sites that are nice. Roads are all paved, most of the RV sites are paved (some grass). Most sites have minor slope, so bring your leveling blocks but we had no trouble getting level. We were early in the season so the park was largely empty. Looked like there would be good activities during the season, with a pool and event building and horseshoes, even an attached golf course of sorts (short with dirt 芒鈧揼reens芒鈧). Might be a nice place to winter.

A week in late February reserved. First night along highway 25. Traffic noise and sewage smell staff moved our travel trailer to open lot in rear. Sand only space. No cable or internet as promised. Park has some cable and internet though. Pool laundry and Restroom shower facilities clean. 9 hole Golf course has sand packed greens. Management needs to spend capital money for improvements. Several units for sale. Most residents own their units but not the property. They enjoy living here and missing the winters.

Friendly staff but this is mostly a retirement home. Few overnight spots.
